This one is my fiancees literally first ever flight in a rotor craft. Here experience before this was a DCS P51 and a Yak 52 so I was expecting a different ending.

This one is me flying but there is several minutes of monologue in it explaining what Cervical Dystonia is. I made it for a support group/online friends and it attempts to show as best as possible what this condition is like using a VR perspective as it tracks head movement precisely. Please note only my head shakes like it does in the video. My eyes and brain somehow compensate for it and allow me to fly but it is physically demanding. At the end I fly around and show I still can fly. It is however much better than it was at the beginning of this year before I started getting treatment. You don't know how much you'll miss this game until you can't play it so it is great to be flying again.

Watch this one if you want to skip the horror show and just see the flight 😉

Well done mate, nice landing.  Brilliant that you have come this far and can produce videos like you have.  Thank you for sharing a very different perspective on things.  Good luck to you and yours.

I am new to the Huey and it is my first chopper.  Never thought I would like it as much as I do, but I am hooked on the Huey now that is for sure 🙂

Happy landings,

Talisman

My first MOD Mission for Single Player this has 7 mods used in it. This version is for me and not for uploaded because of that. I will make a 1 mod version using Eight Ball's Civilian Asset Pack - Nautical soon now that I have my version done.

My biggest Huey mission so far. Big air lift with 12 Hueys putting down 96 infantry under enemy fire.

In DCS, you can autorotate a helicopter, do just about anything wrong, and still land safely.
All the more vital that you know how to do it correctly, at least in theory.

Always happy landings ;)

Many, primarily if you use a joystick with a spring as cyclic, use the trim function in various helicopters in DCS.

Through a video on another channel, I was made aware of how trim negatively affected control during autorotation and decided to investigate this further. I don't want to get too much ahead of myself, but I think ED has solved this very well. Why I can't just use the trim reset function is beyond me. The argument in the real Huey is that different, can I so, also do not let apply.

Therefore in detail, an autorotation without trim as well as a "normal" with as well as one in the border area with active trim. When you sweat, blood, and tears depends on how much you know about how an autorotation is done correctly.

:surrender: Please start this video only if you are suitably mentally and morally stable or just as stupid as I am and will not notice the error. :surrender:

I quote this video is "shameful" and may endanger your mental and spiritual health.

Disregarding all technical assistance, it contains a catastrophic, shocking, and disturbing spelling error.

I will not remove the error, of course. As a Swabian, I'm not only almost perfect, I'm also damn good-looking, and none of my countless loves has ever complained because I have their name "misspelled or forgotten.

As an honest guy and A..... I stand by my shortcomings.

THANKS FOR YOR SUPPORT AND HAVE FUN WITH THIS USELESS GRABAGE OF VIDEO! :wavetowel::worthy:
