Many times, just opening the file in the mission editor then clicking "save as" and overwriting your old mission fixes it.

Ok I just tried my mission again.

It works in a single player environment.

If I goto multiplayer and try to start a server with it all I get is the loading screen stuck to the monitor with all the action (sounds, everything...even movement and switch noises as I click the mouse) going on behind the loading graphic.

Kinda frustrating, makes me not want to make a mission again due to potential waste of time.

.....but it's fun.

Or go to your DCS folder.

C:\***\DCS World\bin\DCS_updater.exe"

Mark the DCS_updater.exe and make a linkage of that file to your desktop.

Now you can click update as often as you want...

Btw:

I get the message: Update server can't handle your request...

Sigh...

Any idea what to do?!?!

You onely describe a link to a *.exe file. Starting a exe file through a link or from the main location folder is the same. If the DCS_updater.exe will not update, then it will not update even if you start it through a link or through the cmd (dos promt).

Me and some other people has tried a lot of different advices in this thread, and it did not work.

Wait 24 hours if none of the other advices works. :pilotfly:

If 24 hours is a long wait - then play Total War - Rome II :punk:

one of the coolest things I ever saw was the ordinance oscillation in Falcon BMS

If you liked falcon BMS ordinance oscillation then take a look at those wing flex, vortices and oscillations... I was amazed :smilewink:

wing flex and oscillations at 0:39-0:50 and 2:24-2:33 , this guys work is amazing..

I believe this is the DCS F/A18C code named Seven-G

It looks definitely LOMAC (sea. cockpit views), not DCS, but even if it is LOMAC engine, it should be heavily modified... take a look at those clouds... I mean, we are stack with clouds coming from lomac era (you know this old pillow shape) but those clouds over there are different..

Or just take off your headphones and hear what is going on around you, like the wind outchide your window, the frogs (if you have any around:D), your mom or wife shouting at you to leave this bloody PC and go to sleep, you know, ''ambient noise'' :megalol:
