One of the feature on the cockpit spelling/labels fix he made ages ago, that finally made it into the sim by the looks of it. But, those marking on the blank UFC keys don't relate to suite 3 functions, so they might end up being removed in future versions. And they obviously do nothing in DCS.

IdleBoards Posted September 5, 2013 Posted September 5, 2013 Since Paul hasn't answered yet, those buttons are used to control various functions of the new ARC-210 radios that replaced the old ARC-186 VHF radios. The ARC-210 isn't modeled in DCS.

No offense meant to real-life crew chiefs, but I have to agree it looks like a kid got into my cockpit while my plane was parked and vandalized it. edit: no offense meant to the actual creator of the textures either :-P I'm sure it looks the way it does for a reason.
