Nah, I think Google`s Genie 3 showcases that the future of gaming and simulations lies in real-time AI creations. Not in a hardcoded core. DCS as we know it, is probably not exist in 10 years. Remember that this is only the first version of it, imagine how further versions will look like:

Reading about the PTO Assets Pack really got me excited, as did the new modules in our Free Trial Program. I've done a few parachute jumps from the CH-47C, so it will be interesting to fly F version of this helicopter in Free Trial. (It's a shame, though, because I was expecting the OH-58D to be included in the Free Trial list. Perhaps in the future)

A 9800X3D is selling on Amazon for USD $449, i.e. $74 dollars more than a 7800X3D. At that price diff, why would you go for the last gen Zen 4 as opposed to Zen 5 stuff? For a €3128.20 machine... adding USD$74 shouldn't be a problem, right?

I'm not an expert on the GPUs, at least not iterations within a series. I've read enough good about the NVIDIA 4xxx series, but somebody else would have to comment. I went best of breed, just to keep me from having to agonize over this decision. My PC maker helped confirm this for future-proofing...I want to get 5-6 years out of this rig, if not more. I went with 1000W power supply cuz my 800W wasn't enough for what I was running on my old system, so I stayed with that size on my new rig. The rest looks good for your price range, IMHO.

I think I will need to remodel a little bit my programs for trajectories. In all previous cases (mostly focus was on R-27R and R-27ER) I’ve never managed to fully match all envelopes of launching, usually at 10km I was very close to match it, but on higher altitudes I always had a little bit underperformed results. Reason is most likely in incorrect involvement of this overload reserve (запас перегрузки или дополнительное нагружение). I was simply just making sum of kinematic overload, for example 1G for leveled flight, and 3G as reserved overload, making total of 4G, and used same for all altitudes. But most likely it doesn’t work that way, it is not just sum and most likely запас is not same for all altitudes. This is not related to air-to-air rocket but principles could be same or similar. In this case for targeting at altitude 10km calculating overload is 3,1 (total ones) but for 15km 2,7 , 2,2 at 20km etc etc, and that same principle could solve my mismatching.

You expect all this stuff for free? I do however agree with @razo+r that it would be nice if only the mission creators need to purchase the asset packs for MP. As we've been told that SP dwarves MP in any case ED should really look into a way of not "splitting" the MP guys. I'm sure the reward will come later. As for those of you that wants the pack with a 30% discount, get the WWII asset pack for 20 bucks next sale. Cheers!
