Bump. I ran into this today and was surprised to see that this bug has been around since at least last year. Steps to reproduce: Load BRU-42: 3x LAU-131 on A-10C II (other types of rocket loadouts seem fine) Expend all rockets Expected: rockets should no longer be visible in the pods. That's a good way to start and pretty much how I approached when I created this mod. Unfortunately as far as I know these kind of color switch is hardcoded. I can confirm it in Materials.lua there's only one line for IFEI color which is white and there's no night variation for it. Also the way how my mod works is overriding the color after the original color is applied and there's nothing I can find in IFEI lua files that checks for Nightmode. I think the best solution would be to use something like (in short) "IF time night then use mdg green" and it will apply green but won't be able to switch back to white. That will be ok since I don't think youll be in a mission long enough to be daylight maybe at most till sunrise or starting at sunset but it will still be considered dark. Only issue is I'm not sure how to check for time state atm.- 195 replies

did he try the berlin area? My setting are the same for all the maps I fly in, and only CWG is an issue at the Berlin instant free fly mission. -
In a presumed attempt to save storage/archive space, over 90% of the DCS A-10A Liveries maintained under “Download/User Files” have disappeared. if ED is watching, we’d sure like to get those back - unless there’s a model change prohibiting that request, if not, it would be really great for a community artist to remake these missing liveries. I know I’d appreciate it and I’m sure A-10A pilots on the CWG map would too. If there’s anything I can do to help, let me know. Thanks!

G'day Bojanglez, It would appear so. I have flown for several days with many cat shots without issue on the George Washington. I have not tried any other CVN yet. I am just really enjoying jumping in, getting to the cat and go without issues. It is not the answer as the CVN's are still broken, but at least we get to fly properly (and safely) on one. -

И если они "переходят рамки" и ведут себя непонятно то мы в ступоре, мы возмущаемся. А вот так как сейчас тут всё понятно. Это не то что вы думаете что вас игнорят и пытаются наступить на любимую мозоль и прочие скользкие фантазии. Вы рассуждаете с точки зрения собственного эгоизма поэтому видите только вершину айсберга. А реальная опасность в том что продукт могут запретить ВЕСЬ и ваш детский лепет никакого противодействия не окажет когда система наедет на игроделов за их недосмотр с теми же правами на всякое разное. В суд с этим не пойдёшь, в любом случае не в наших пенатах мечтать об справедливости Фемиды. Значит ныкаться и бегать от очередных злопыхателей и капнезакидателей с корочками. Если и вы примкнёте по недомыслию к ним им от этого станет только хуже. А потом будете удивляться почему весь "проект" закрыли. Вы думаете это не возможно? Снимите уже розовые очки.

Way too many variables. You need specific launch conditions for both aircraft AND their timelines to even begin using it as a performance benchmark.

Fair enough. Then (for example): F-18 v.s. F-14 no AIM-9x, just gun only. F-18 v.s. F-16 with AIM-9x and gun. GS makes lot of the dogfight video at YouTube. However, it's your dogfight, the matter to yourself is most important -

I think it's a problem with the MALD itself. I tried it on multiple non-CH aircraft, and it crashes just after launch every time. I tried comparing the B21 luas CH sent to fix the AGM158 issue, but couldn't find a solution. I wonder if it could be an issue with the new update, although can't say for certain as I downloaded the Ukraine pack for the first time today after seeing it had the agm160 included in it (haven't done so previously). I haven't had any other problems with CH aircraft or any others crashing on launch of a 3rd party armament, so this is a first -
I tried to get this working today. This is my understanding of whats occurring... When using VR in DCS, the built-in kneeboard normally appears as a 3D object on your pilot’s leg — but this breaks the moment you add exported viewports (like MFDs or RWRs) in Monitor.lua. Here’s a breakdown of what’s going on: DCS enters a hybrid rendering mode The game detects that you’ve defined custom viewports (like LEFT_MFCD, RIGHT_MFCD, etc.). This tells DCS to start rendering certain UI elements to 2D screens instead of to VR space — even if VR is active. The kneeboard texture gets hijacked Even without explicitly defining a KNEEBOARD = {} block, DCS binds the kneeboard render target to your main 2D display. The 3D cockpit kneeboard (in VR) still spawns — but it has no page content, just an empty frame with buttons. VR rendering of the kneeboard breaks completely You’ll see the kneeboard outline in VR (arrows, page numbers), but no actual data — because the page is being rendered on your main monitor instead. Just defining additional viewports (like for MFDs) is enough to break the VR kneeboard — even if you don’t touch KNEEBOARD = {}. Remove all exported viewports → Native kneeboard works in VR again Use OpenKneeboard → Full VR support regardless of monitor setup KNEEBOARD = nil, dedicated_viewport = nil, or Lua hacks → Don’t reliably fix it due to DCS's hard-coded render logic If you want working exported MFDs and a kneeboard in VR, currently the only reliable solution is to disable the native DCS kneeboard and use OpenKneeboard instead. "His source" now gave him permission to release that video? Who is that source? We've been over times and times again that ED is keeping their mouth shut and why. So, are Razbam giving him information that puts them in a bad light? Or another source? And why does that source have that info? Spud sounds very convincing, I'll give him that.
