  3. Could be related to the Deactivated Zombie Trains problem as they are doing a similar thing - Trains just continue for ever up in the sky on grass or out to sea locked in a direction when deactivated.

  5. At present on Marianas WW2 vehicles seam to follow a path ok when set to onroad then switched to offroad when the route goes over a railway line then switched back onroad. The railway lines seam to cut the onroad path. Sadly I did create a Narrow Gauge Railway Steam Locomotive and 5 assorted wagons for the islands but have removed them pending a Train Deactivation fix.

  9. Is this being released as EA, or full release? I thought the pricing on EA is discounted? (Not pre release price but still closer to it than full price?) Have you heard any different, because you’re scenario seems to expect it not to go to EA price but full price immediately on release? Historically, pre-release have been 30%, and EA 20% discounted. Seems to me that’s fair. An extra ~ $6usd savings for those who know they want it regardless and buy, and ~ $6 extra for those who wait until after release but still buy EA. $6 difference for insurance/security for those who want public reviews doesn’t seem unreasonable to me, ( or $6 savings for those who show support by pre-ordering seems pretty reasonable). Personally, I’ve never understood preorder on a digital product that doesn’t have limited stock, and would prefer to pay $6 for the insurance, but I also don’t think it’s not unreasonable for those who invest and commit early to get that extra bit of a savings. I’ll always advocate for choice. I think the way it’s been released couldn’t be better… unless there’s something you know that I don’t, such as this being released with no EA? If so, please let me know.

So I'm revisiting this topic I found an answer for my problem I I know it's been a while but sometimes I have to neglect my gaming Anyway What is going on here that I have some sort of realism thing ticked off somewhere in my setup And it doesn't allow me to see red forces on the f10 map But they are there and they will shoot at me As I learned yesterday when I was practicing wild weasel So to answer this problem yes they are there and no it has nothing to do with the mod If you look really really close on the f11 you can see them This particular mode requires me to have to use the sensors on the aircraft to locate the enemies I LOVE IT! I'm retired Navy operation specialist I can handle that!

  14. Flew a P47 mission today (Wolfpack DLC), bomber escort. We mixed it with FW190s and Me 109s. A FW190 was on fire, trailing heavy smoke and kept flying around in circle at about 3000 feet. I could not catch it with 52 in of manifold. He flew like that for 5 minutes (at least) and I gave up. He never crashed. I flew another 20 minutes going home and it was never recorded destroyed, he's probably still out there on fire doing 400 mph. I have encountered this several times before.

  16. Tried it with cockpit global illumination turned off and it helped. Still only getting 40 fps versus 80 with P47. Spikes here and there, but at least it's flyable.

  18. I will try turning cockpit reflections off, thank you. For others, note that I said this is not limited to the Mariana map (although it is the worse). It alsho happens on the Normandy map, on the ground, with zero other aircraft. Only for the F4U, all other aircraft OK. AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D, X870 Gaming Plus Motherboard, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti, 128 GB RAM. Meta QUest 3.

Ok it's not updating for some reason, go to the GitHub relase Release V3.0.5.3 and download the zip file and manually copy the vaocompro folder to Voice Attcak/Apps folder and overwirite the existing. Then start Voice Attack. You version should be 3.0.5.3 then you will need to do a Lua Code reset via the Vaicom UI Reset tab and then restart Voice Attack then start DCS.

  21. @BIGNEWY BigNews, you have any updates on this one? I know you were looking into it. I would agree. Cursor and ability to control in VR is still inoperable. Any suggestions or time frames on a possible fix?
  22. I've moved DCS to a new computer build, and updated to the latest DCS version as part of that process. On my old setup, I used HTCC in VR to provide hand tracking in game, but now the hand movements are confined to a small two by two area in the upper left corner of the menu screens. For example, on the Main DCS menu screen, any hand movements of the cursor are restricted to the D and C in DCS in the upper left corner of the window. The same goes for the Mission menu. Once in the game, the cursor appears to follow my eyes and is difficult to override with the actual mouse. If I turn off HTCC, then the cursor somewhat returns to normal behavior with the mouse being the controlling factor. If I switch to DCS' built in hand control, my hand movements appear on the screen but I can't manipulate any of the cockpit controls. I've looked at a couple of the tracks where this happens and nothing comes across in the track so I don't think that would be helpful. This did not happen in the earlier version so I believe something may have changed withe the update.

    Hallo, ich habe eine Frage und hoffe, hier Antworten zu bekommen. Ich habe eventuell vor, mir ein A-10C-II-Cockpit zu bauen. Aber das steht noch außen vor. Was mich in erster Linie interessiert, ist wie folgt. Ich habe mir vor einiger Zeit diesen USB-Hub (RSHTECH USB Hub Aktiv 3.0 mit 36 W (12 V/3 A) Netzteil, Aluminium, 10 Ports USB 3.0 Hub zum Laden und zur Datenübertragung, USB 3.0 Mehrfach-Ports-Verteiler mit EIN/Aus-Schalter und LED, RSH-A10) Gekauft. An diesem Gerät sind Schub und Stick angeschlossen. Es kommt hin und wieder vor, dass dieser Hub sich einfach mal kurz im Spiel die Verbindung unterbricht. Vielleicht hat ja jemand eine Idee, woran es liegen könnte. Hardware: i9 11900K Z590 Asus Maximus XIII Hero 2 TB M2-SSD 64GB Arbeitsspeicher AiO-Wasserkühlung RTX 4070 Ti 1.000-Watt-80+-Gold-Netzteil Denn wenn ich mir ein Cockpit bauen sollte, wären die Probleme ja nicht verschwunden. Daher würde mich interessieren, woran es liegen könnte, dass die Geräte sich einfach mal im Spiel verabschieden. Es ist nicht immer so, aber es kommt halt mal vor und das nervt auch etwas.   24. Yes, can do startup, talk to tower, change radio stations, all that, without issue. Butt after switching to AG mode, it says "Current ordnance loadout:" and as you can see, it lists nothing, but in the second image, you can see that I do have paveways, and a lantirn pod attached. The pod does warm up and activate, but doesn't see I did toggle Airio and restart (and made sure appendices were checked [they were]), but still no joy. I will check in with Discord.

  26. it’s not … but I have this obsession for accuracy, so when one user that has been here a bit over a year, attempts to teach ED how to run their business… I feel this urge to put things into perspective, an urge that I can’t really explain. but as obviously many users feel that my accuracy is miss placed, I will stop following this thread, so you can keep suggesting ED how to do things, bye.
