  2. Load a flight of non-augmented trust A/C on Heatblur's USS Forrestal, and see what happens to the #3 Cat shot. Why is this constantly a search for a problem that doesn't require a solution? The slow #3 Cat is documented in the post above. It needs to be corrected to operate non-augmented trust A/C. The USS Forrestal was an F-14/A-4 era carrier. Currently unusable for that mission. Bowie

  8. Put 4 Tomcats or Hornets on cats. Show their launch speeds. Save a track and upload. You can do it. It's not a rocket science. Unless they end up in the drink this probably won't be high priority, mind you.

  10. They are augmented thrust, Afterburning A/C. This enables them to tail-stand and accelerate to flying speed even w/ the #3 Cat's low-speed shoot. The A-4E-C is not. The #3 Cat shoots slow. That is documented in the post above. It needs to be sped up to match the other Three Cats, to accommodate Non-augmented thrust A/C. It is a Heatblur product, and unusable for general use w/ those A/C in the mean time. Just up the force value on the #3 Cat, or all the Cats if they are of common use, to a value that produces the current results of the other Three Cats, and recompile.   12. I have a feeling the improved radar model will come with the release of the F1M. Kinda like the C-101 EFM released with the C-101CC. Just my guess.

  16. I think I finally figured out how to land without breaking anything !
  17. It seems it's a mission/server specific issue. I tried it in SP and on two different servers and autorudder was only present on that Wolfpack server. Perhaps contact the server owner/mission designer to help troubleshoot this issue.

  19. Hey Pluton perhaps try using Reshade + adjusting weather are what you are looking for? I have not idea if it works with VR but perhaps worth a test? I am more focused on multiplayer performence in VR so I haven't really tested it out Spuds demonstration how simple weather adjustments make a massive impact on the Syria map (it is really worth watching the full video, trust me the difference is huge)
  20. Check the USB controllers in Device Manager. In my case Windows had turned off a "USB Composite Device". I turned it back on, and the amber light turned to green again

    Про раздельное речь не идёт, там наверняка дифференциальное торможение, как на многих советских самолётах, но рычаг - не кнопка - позволяет дозировать силу торможения, разве нет?
  22. Вот-вот, зажимаешь рычаг, даёшь педаль, куда дал педаль, то колесо и тормозиться. Степень торможения зависит положения рычага. Просто зажмёшь рычаг- два колеса тормозятся. Раздельного торможения нет.

  25. apologies. i lost track of your issue. i help so many people, the issues melt together. i missed you had 128 GB. but having a massive pagefile is not necessary. i took a finer look at your log. you have unofficial mods. you should disable them for testing. then run a repair. Mi-8MTV2 NavLights UH-1H_AB-212_AB-412_Mod v1.02 Vietnam Assets Pack OH-6A OH-6A especially causes lots of issues with other users.

Is there a function that returns the height of the surface (land,building, whatever) for a given point? land.getHeight gets the elevation of the surface, but if there is a building or other object on top of the ground, it does not take that into account. Currently the only way I can figure out how to do it is to have a hidden probe ground object that I spawn on the coordinates (at elevation zero), this spawns it on top of whatever surface is at the coordinate and then I get the height and then remove.
