Good News Everyone! New version v.2.5 b11 - updated 18. May. There's a new Servman version available for FC2 1.0.2 and DCS:BS 1.0.2. (Note: You cannot use this version on DCS 1.0.1c) This version of Servman is almost feature complete - but there are still a few snags to iron out. A brief introduction is in place: - Servman allows admins and squad member to control and manage their servers via the chat system. - Players who join a Servman-enabled server will be able to enjoy MP as it is supposed to be, less teamkilling, less problem with your fellow players. I assume you have understanding of what Servman is, and what it can do for your MP experience beyond this intro. For more information, look at Acedys previous release: >>> ServMan Server Management Mod v2 for DCS:BS v1.0.1 Released! <<< Changes highlight for v.2.5 - Commandline interface reworked. Some commands may have changes since v.2.0. Most notably is the ability to use "short" variants of the commands. Class, pay attention: You don't use ":" in commands anymore - Ban/kick control. UCID ban support, as well as better ingame management of active bans. You no longer have to edit BANLIST.txt files to change bans. - Enable / disable kicks and Bans entirely while server is running. Plus alot of other key Servman-features. You need to check out the /SET command or read the admin section below. - Access-levels: ANON: regular players who is able to vote or get info. SQUAD: Squad access for common tasks. Use Squad-login for your squad members. Simplifies the administration of "usernames & passwords". Now you can assign a static username and password for your whole squad so they can do common tasks as "restart mission", "kick annoying player" and similar common tasks. ADMIN: Admin login is still valid for those who need more permissions (reinit / reload servman config / set config settings / save config). - Online help for all commands (with examples) by using the ? after each command. See /help ? or /v ? for samples. - Config files so server admins can save and reload while server is running -- Main server-config. - New modable files, for your convenience: -- permission-levels for all commands -- help-text explanations -- settings available for the /SET command - Simplified installation and disabling of Servman! Servman is now removed from the \Scripts\net directory. If you want to disable Servman in the future, you can simply rename or move the Servman folder - and your server should then be running with original FC2/DCS code. Note: This version is just a ZIP, but if time allows I will provide a installer / uninstaller as well as a ModMan package for it. Installation instructions Download, unzip. Unpack to \Scripts folder: - you will get a "Scripts\Addons" with Servman2 inside. - you will replace one file only, in "\Scripts\Net", the "main.lua". NOTE: Backup "Main.lua" before your replace it. If "\Addons\Servman" is renamed or removed, your FC2/DCS:BS will work as normal with no problems what so ever. You Servman folder contains this: A final note - if you DO have Server-crashes or other strange Server-issues, your first priority is to REMOVE Servman. There will be no support from ED and server-troubleshooting if Servman is installed. ----------------------------------------------------- Download Here Note: v2.5 b10 is just listed for download in case v.2.5 b11 causes problems. Ok....NOW we can speak about proper flying and laws to be taken care off in a BFM scenario. I made couple rounds vs a very good pilot and it is excellent (only F-15 though, rest to be tested) Also the "numbers" to be tested also though... but if there are flaws, then i think they will be minor or/and due to the SFM (like the ability to make a full loop in a 90degs bank only using rudders), but the BFM scenarios accurs totally logically in beauty in most aspects which is very fine. To make it short for now, the F-15 has to be flown like one, favours you if you do, punishes you if you dont. This is just a quick impression of mine, but IMO this is the best BFM plattform ever in lockon series and further tests and opinions to come. Would also love to hear your all opinions as regards this topic. Looking forward to prepare TCL for 2.0 with pleasure. And where the #### is Yo-Yo, let me give you a wet KISS :D Good Job!2 points

Блин, у тебя с мозгом что ли беда случилась, совершенно очевидно, что все твои претензии упираются, в недостатки сети, а не в недостатки симулятора. И это твоя проблема и проблема всех остальных клиентов. Не нравиться растягивай себе и своим друзьям оптику, ставьте соответствующие сетивухи, свичяру, полность очищайте свои компы, от всякой сетевой активности, и возможно тогда у утебя решиться это проблема. Но судя по твоим наездам, твой мозг придумает новую проблему, ну к примеру голуби на улицах станут бесить, или тот факт что почти все компы в мире работают под ОС windows, ну или еще что то придумает.2 points

Now that warmer weather is here, I've pulled the bikes out of the garage. I'm not a serious biker. Primarily, I just ride it back and forth to work. A back injury years ago keeps me from being able to sustain those long road trips. Not only that, but I prefer the street cruiser body style over the road cruiser. The unfortunate part is that the street cruiser design has all but disappeared. So, a couple of years ago, I found a great deal on a 1986 Honda Magna VF700C. Great bike. When I get another, it will be the VF1100 variant of this great series. I'm still working on this one's restoration, but here's some of what I've done so far.... Based upon the location of dents and damage and the lack of road rash anywhere, the bike looked like it toppled off of a lift. Had to replace the guage cluster, rebuild the headlight, repair the horn assembly, and a few other minor mechanical and cosmetic repairs. Still not done yet. I am still scrounging for a fuel tank in decent shape (even if I have to coat the interior) and a rear fender. Grano Dostano, Made one of this small modifications because I disliked the look of the pilot. This new one fits better for me. A must have for all latin, black and orientalic KA 50 pilots, or just people with darker skin :smilewink: Also looks more natural in the dark cockpit. Modman compatible. Чиж, вы так твердите о реальности, о том как на самом деле летают 120ки. О дистанции подрыва... И что в итоге мы имеем!!! В сети, эта цифра плавающая, т.е. ))) для меня как клиента ваша реалистичность изложенная ранее абсолютно не совпадает с фактической))). Чиж, тем самым вы противоречите сами себе... Заявляете о крайней симуляции, а по факту всё совсем не так. И нечего на пинг списывать, прежде всего, это ваша забота, предоставить клиенту то, о чем говорите, симуляцию, которой сейчас не наблюдается. Есть, что сказать более аргументирующее, помимо... :music_whistling:1 point

Ну у А-10 вон через даталинк продвинутый в реале кто угодно целеуказать может, от шпиёна в соседнем доме через дорогу от проезжающей колонны, до спутников-шпиёнов на орбите. Только вот мы похоже такой функционал и в А-10С не получим.1 point

То что устранили залипание клавиш при использовании чата - это кул. А чего сворачивание чата при повторном нажатии клавиш не сделали, а то мозг не сразу соображает enter долбить :)1 point

Yes, target size plays huge role in seeker lock range. Just like the real thing, it is a function of target size (x number if mils) in side the tracking gate in center of cross hairs. Nothing to do with IR level. In A-10C this will be quite a bit more realistic with things like break lock logic, force correlate mode, and much improved IR video.1 point

Попробуй финальный для 4-ки (Version 4.1.037 - Final B) установить. Кстати в обновлении, Трекир 4 видит именно эту версию для себя, но никак не 5 софт. Ну и обнови список игр. У мну именно в таком варианте всё работает.1 point

Я бы не стал на вашем месте обращать внимания на FF. Проблема в том, что у них не осталось разработчиков, правящих exe. В результате до сих пор используется exe который был еще до внутренней беты FF5.0. А это глюкалово такое, что и в страшном сне не присниться. Ждите BMS, осталось немного. И я уверен, что вам это очень понравится.1 point

Запускал дефолт, затем опять свой профиль - 0. Да, еще меняю настройки звука - убираю музыку, сохраняю, снова захожу в настройки - все нормуль, и музыки нет. Перезапускаю игру - опа, опять музыка, звук в дефолт сбросился. Вин 7, патч ставил от админа, ярлык на столе тоже от админа запускаю. Настройки графики при перезапуске игры сохраняются, звука - нет. Это нормально? Чекбокс Check For Game List Updates вкл. - трекир не виден.1 point

Thats why there is a, "IMO" in my above post ;) Also i was referring mostly to Server Lobby conditions... Of course u would naturally want all 3 tanks for matches/events, etc whereby endurance is key... =================================================== @Wolverine: Yes i understand the limitations... but if possible it would be nice to at least have a 8x 120C + 1 CT and maybe another combo with just 1 CT in there... maybe remove some exotic options from the 2 tank payloads if there isnt more space? But it looks like there is still room judging from f15 screenie.... Anyway, just a thought... Worst case scenario is of course to just drop the two extra tanks on takeoff... but that can feel silly at times... :)1 point

"нерациональное" использование ракет, это пуски ЭР с 40км))), а в бвб все очень даже рационально, топлива было мало, т.к. долго на форсаже догонял, был на территории противника, был один, поэтому нужно было как можно быстрее сваливать оттуда, что бы выжить. Кстати попасть хотел первой ракетой, вторую пустил для уменьшения веса самолета (ну и что б противнику страшно было).:)1 point

You need to force AA and AF through drivers and if you create a profile for the game point to simulator.exe, not launcher.exe.1 point

ИМХО, если работать звеном по наземке, то состав звена должен быть такой: 3 Су-25 и 1 Су-25Т. На Су-25Т ведущий звена, корректирует действия всей группы, с помощью шквала находит и выбивает опасные для штурмовиков цели. Кроме того, у Су25Т лучше развита навигация, он может нести Р-73, есть такая хорошая штука, как Сухогруз (например, Су-25Т может делать ложные заходы на цель, и враг будет зря тратить на него тепловые ракеты). А обычные Су-25 более лёгкие и вертлявые, должны работать по наземке в основном НАРами, плюс пушка и Х-25. Может быть, более оптимальным будет состав 2х2, но 1х3 более приближен к суровым реалиям ВВС, в которых Су-25Т вообще нет.1 point

The pilots do not set this. They request the fusing and Ammo (guys who built the bomb) and Weapons crews (guys who load the bomb) set this parameters. This can only be done in the ground on MK-20/CBU-53/CBU-58/CBU-59/CBU-87/CBU-89/CBU-97 etc. The setting I have seen are the burst altitude (how long the pattern) and spin ( how wide the pattern). Edit I only seen CBU-87 loaded, never seen Mk20 so not sure if it has spin setting as well. Arming delay is also done in the ground. The only thing they can select from the cockpit is how many bombs to release and how far apart.1 point

I do experience same thing. TIP: quick to get out of that bug. just ALT+TAB and ALT+TAB back into game. the keyboard command will be back to normal. P.S. my game dont run in Full screen mode.1 point

I have found the issue, FogParam1 and FogParam2 in graphics.cfg. FogParam1 and 2 make the "see through" of buildings which I adviced to put off in my tweakguide. This because it increases FPS by around 3. I tested this in cockpit and in a certain F11 cityview. What I didn't test is what this setting does with the Shkval. Now I did and the outcome is stunning :shocking: FogParam1 = 6 FogParam2 = 0 Inpit: 53 fps Shkval on: 34 fps Difference: 19 fps Cityview: 50 fps FogParam1 = 6 FogParam2 = 1.1 Inpit: 50 fps Shkval on: 44 fps Difference: 6 fps Cityview: 48 fps Thanks for the observation support there Falcon!1 point
