Hi all, it was a long time ago when posted a thread here. It was because i tried to understand A-10C but there was a kind of stagnation, didnt know why. Now as i have the HOTAS keyboard meanings and read a lot i am fascinated. For me its the best sim.:thumbup: I made my first landing without any damage, slowly but surley i understand UFC and a little bit CDU. I do understand ATCs and so on. Great job. Its an addiction now and i am eager to master everything in the future. Thanks to dev team and any other virtual pilot who made any efforts and tutorials for beginners.:smilewink: LC

Скажу так. Меня до сих пор прет от полетов в старом добром Ace Combat 3 Electrosphere. Просто обажаю эту леталку - расслабляюсь, вспоминаю былые времена, когда еще ходил в прокат видеоприставок. Вы говорите "про это" совершенно парадоксально. Сам по себе смысл создания достоверного симулятора это позволить людям увлекающимся будь то автомобилями будь то самолетами, да впрочем чем угодно, но не имеющим возможности все это ощутить в реале, так хоть почувствовать в виртуале. Очень много людей кто не стал летчиком по множеству причин но они живут небом, им лишь достаточно запустить любимый авиасим и все. И чем симулятор детальней проработан тем он интересней для них, для нас всех кто увлекается авиацией. Верю, не верю, не задумываюсь - какие то странные понятия. На реальном летать всеравно не придется, так хоть благодаря самой совершенной АФМ на сегодня можно посмотреть как ведет себя самолет в воздухе на разных режимах, да и просто ощутить хоть какие-то но близкие к реальному ощущения полета, нежели пытаться разбираться в топорной скриптовой физике фланкеров 10-15 летней давности. Ведь именно с этого началась тема не так ли? оффтоп.А может быть вы такой своеобразный троль?

Well I've been working in Sketch up to design my console based of Dimebugs excellent work. I've changed up the CP to use several LCD panels I already have. I'm going to use 3 8" and 1 5" LCDs for the CP. Both MFCDs will be thrust master MFCDs to start possibly giving way to 5" later each will get a 8" LCD behind them. I'll use a 3rd 8" LCD to run an EHSI/EADI CPD type display with 3 rotary encoders and 5 push buttons under it. Lastly I'll use a 5" LCD for the RWR. I will be doing steam gauges for the rest... although I may use a 10.4 I have here to run the engine gauges at first as it's a perfect fit for them. I also have a 5" LCD I'll be using for the CDU. I'll be using my ACES seat from my UMC setup. I'm almost ready to flatten out the parts and see about generating the g-code. Once I get it all worked out I'll up load my sketch up models. This mod will fix the missing MGRS grid digits when a northing or easting is less than 10000 meters. It modifies one line of Sounds\Speech\NATO.lua (line 108 ). Before and after mod installation: Modman nstallation: The .zip file attached is a Modman pack. I've found a really elaborate solution that I rarely use. (in fact I haven't used it in the latest couple of versions, so It might have changed) First swing the TGP on to the target, then slave your mavs to the TGP (the mav page has to be open on one of the mfcds, but they dont have to be selected in the dsms.) The gun pipper won't obscure the mav reticle on the hud, so now you can see where the target is whilst strafing it :)

hi, (1.1.0.9) ->the jtac has another bug (night mission) i start jtac conversation(type 2) then i report ip bound on ip i say IN when i go on target he say clear hot when i finish an attack i say OFF to jtac then i go to ip , i report ip bound but it happen nothing // first bug and if i stop jtac cooperation , and ask again it say the job is finished which is wrong // second bug (so 2 bug?) track bugjtac.trk -> i got another bug the game crash after i say IN , i say unable to comply (i missed the attack) the game crash mission test5.miz

Ок, причина более-менее понятна, эта одноразовая "химическая батарея" играет роль фитиля или что это такое? (просто интересно), и на скриншоте, на подвеске у меня висит кластерная бомба, в цитате сказано про бомбы GBU, т.е. с классической БЧ. Это получается что на всех типах американских бомб установлена такая система?

Сначала внимательно прочитай, что пишут, а потом истери. Под ником Спарко летал наш лживый друг, при этом настоящий Спарко был в другом совершенно месте.

At this point i can only speak about Force-Sensing and Helicopter. cause i use the Saitek X-65F and BS is momentary not installed. But i am flying Helicopter in FSX and ArmA OA and with Force-Sensing is it also a pleasure, cause the precision is still awesome! So once again - try it and then you can love it or you leave it - there is nothing in between.........

Depends on what you mean by fly. It worked with out problem. I had a hell of a time trying to fly helicopters with a force sensing stick, but Flim swore by it. Like I said though I never quite got the hang of it in fixed wing either.

Thanks, I also was able to test it and verify that it fixed the problem, as I finally got a JTAC working (apparently, FAC task + FAC- Assign Group task = bad), and tested it out. In my test mission, instead of "LN225" (I purposely crafted just about the worse-case scenario), JTAC now tells me "LN002025". I posted a thread in the Mods and Apps section here. BTW... yea, you probably shouldn't bother trying to post tracks of the fixed behavior, it's not likely to appear fixed when replayed by someone who hasn't applied the fix.

No no, thank you. A great map like that inspires great videos. Everybody that has seen it so far has loved it, and they want more. Give me a heads up if you design any more new maps. I will definitely make a video of it.

Так и я про это, а насчет реальности ФМ и прочего, по моему тут вопрос решается очень просто, существует три варианта: 1. верю, 2 не верю, 3 не задумываюсь. Я выбираю 3. Все равно проверить не получиться, зачем голову морочить. И главное, не зависимо от уровня реализации крафта в симуляторе это, я думаю фантазия и воображение. Включи его и т в полете, все остальное только помогает его включить.

Any news on fixes, changes or enhancements to Mission Editor? As for the JTAC/FAC, I still have problems in some missions where he refuses to designate a target (even with visible unticked), will try and replicate and post. I thought it was known.

Джек, лично меня на хот сервере не ловили. И вы уже начинаете перевирать то, что было в те давние времена. Хотя я прекрасно помню что на тот момент на хот сервере никаких средств логирования ник+ip+id небыло. Это благодаря стараниям зерола форум расщедрился на мой ник+id. И вправду фобия. Я еще под недавними высказываниям зерола, понял что кто то летал у вас на акаде с корбины. И вы были уверены что это был я. Доставляет. :) Пиарил это громко сказано. Я делился информацией с общественностью. Как выяснилось кроме как 3 с половиной колеки это не надо. Про климб в 2.5М я уж точно не могу ничего сказать. Я не в курсе как обходить проверку целостности. Но зато помню, что о ней знал ты, madmax и еще несколько человек. Не так ли? :) Тут ты даже мне мозг разорвал. Я них...я не понял. А почему кот летает под ником october, а не под своим реальным ником? Может быть он и/или вы и есть хулиган(ы)? Ну это так, вопрос риторический. Фактов у меня нет. Я пальцем на вас не показываю. Что то тут уже не чистым дело пахнет. Смекаю я, что "на воре и шапка горит...

Симулятор для того и нужен, что бы я уже "оказался в кабине настоящего самолёта". Именно потому, что никогда больше не попаду туда в реале.

I'm really excited about this patch! Looks like a lot has been done! Awesome job, ED!!! This is why we love you! :D Couple questions though (of course :P)! 1. How will the mission editor work when DCSW and DCSBS are "compatible", will they have the same mission editor with the same amount of choices, etc. Like, will the DCSBS mission editor be the same as the one in A-10? 2. When joining a multiplayer server while having started the DCSW multiplayer executable, will I be able to join in a BS, or will I have to start the DCSBS multiplayer executable first, or will there be one combined DCS MP executable that lets us fly both?

The workaround for this bug is to not put yourself in situations that require an emergency jettison of the external stores. - I stole that from a Cisco bug report. :)

OK, but can you give us any information on the information will be posted later about BS? :D On a serious note: do you know if you guys managed to squeeze in a fix for the occasional CTD on emergency stores jettison? That bug has been bugging me recently.
