Have the files changed in 1.1.1.1? My controller config in notepad++ looks nothing like it used to. Or am I looking at the right file? My files look nothing like these.

I can get you a the 1.1.1.0 torrent when I get home. I still have it. 1.1.1.1 broke when patched. Game won't load any missions at all. This is the 1st patch to break my install. Not too much to complain about yet. I left my computer to torrent the whole 1.1.1.1 install and I plan to try that tonight. If it doesn't work. I'll go back to 1.1.1.0.

Bmps are a deadly sob. More so than shilkas imo. I have a mission I'm building and a group of 8 BMP3 DESTROYS 15 M1A1s. I have to cheap and may the tanks invincible in order to not be blown away. I recommend gbu 87 against bmps. If you have to gun run them. Fly with them off your wing always changing altitude. Don't fly straight at them till your ready to fire. When your ready. Turn and face them, fire for a 2sec burst at 1.5 miles then turn away ASAP. If you spot them firing on your inbound turn always break off. They are always trying to lead you. If you got straight at them they don't have to lead you. Good luck. I'll make a track tonight if that would help you.

I run this RAM on this motherboard and i can't get the memory to run above 1866. It hasn't shown to be a bottleneck. Please note I have revision 2 board not the one listed. I run a corsair H70 cooler and it has been good for my needs. I run a small overclock at 4.4ghz no problems. I rarely see the temps go over 40c but i stopped watching them closely anymore. I did run 5.1ghz for an hour to win a bet over a freind. It ran in the high 60s but never tripped the alarms. Dual fans are loud when running on high settings. There are better coolers out there. But the H70 does what I need.

I'm searching now. I think the flight director has a habit of shutting off at the wrong time. Were you in a good trimmed hover before you engaged the hover hold?

Last night I played with the settings and using GPU-z. I managed to use 1996mb of vram. I'm glad I webt with the 2.5gb card.

Would you mind using GPU-z for the testing Bolt? I have the Evga program and I'm afraid they may give different results from your MSI program. I'm curious as well. I wanted the 2.5gb card for muli monitor later. So right now its a game of how much can i max out my graphics at 1080p. What us your definition or almost maxed out? What program did you use to make that call? I want to compare like data if we can. Also ill set my 2500 to match yours speed.

I ran everything maxed out last night. I mean everything. At 1900x1080. I then installed kukys Very high settings and it was still smooth as silk. If I get time over the weekend, Im going to up the draw distance further. And look for anything else to max out. Ill add mustangs noise texture tonight. I tested it last night in Company of Heroes Blitzkreig and killing floor last night. both were at 60fps. I limited that btw. I dont have any of the games that will max this card out. I may have to invest in one to see what it can really do. I cannot be more happy with this card. Bolt-1 We have pretty much the same system. If you want to set up a test track to run I would be more then happy to try it and give the results to see if you find it worth it.

I just got an evga 570 2.5gb card today. I can't wait to get home and test the new card out.

I have played games off my 3g phone tether in the US when cable internet went down. I ran teamspeak and FC2 just fine. I had 50-100 ms more ping. But it didn't affect the flight at all. I don't know what you have in the UK for wireless speed. In the Us where I live is it quite good. The wireless strength didn't matter as long as it was consistent. If its all ways 2 bars your ok. If its going up and down a lot, its not going to work well. At my parents house. My phone will jump towers and everytime it does I get a large lag spike. Sometimes enough to drop teamspeak. What resolution are you trying to play at? Your I5 should be fast enough. I suspect your 5770 holding you back. How much vram does your gpu have? There are more things to look at however. What is your win7? 64 or 32 bit? How much RAM do you have? If you are running 32 bit with less than 2gb you can will have fps issues.

My hope is that when ED gives out more information they have an idea what questions we will have so they can answer them outright and leave the confusion behind. Everything I know for certain is about Combined Arms is the statement made by Wags. I can wait for more. I Just want to let ED know what I am interested in.
