  1. sounds like a hardware fault if the button is not returning a signal through the o/s controller properties, if you still have right of return on the unit then use it and get a replacement if not then contact Thrustmaster and see what can be done, perhaps a new switch?
  2. didnt really get it as such, just slewed to target quickly after setting TGP as SOI as it was still in the vicinity
  3. Kai, by this do you mean the TGP doesn't seem to stabilize at the SPI location? it drifts off lazily? If so i have had the same experience with SADL sent info/taskings. i'm more than happy to help get a track, just let me know.
  4. Zakatak, you may be interested in this
  5. you can leave. save it for your "goatsy" forum :megalol:
  6. i would imagine a lot of people do. some even may have JBOD
  7. There is bound to be a solution. you will need to supply info on what sort of hardware and o/s you have, it will make it easier for others to help. it's the "help us help you" principle
  8. give me a yell if you are keen for mp. There are a few of us that are flying A10 ATM and i'm always keen to get more experience.
  9. World is FREE to Dl and use with the su 25 . The other modules then plug in to the World platform. if you dont own a module its not flyable. You can activate the other modules if you have the activation code, and from what i can tell CA will plug into DCS World.
  10. you are correct. the d doesn't have FC. only g's and k's check out the mav section of the manual, pg 563, clear and concise. you have to put the boat switch to centre to bring up FC then slew to near target, ground stablise with TMS aft short, tracking gate will collapse, with pointing cross steady,....rifle
  11. you can use force correlate mode on some mavs to give you a bit of extra distance. sounds like you could be too low and are well within their engagement zone.as ralfidude said, some sams are best to stay well clear of, or terrain mask to get in range then pop up and fire, then duck and run.
  12. you let your postman rub your nads?.......
  13. just get the clip. they are very similar and can both use the same software. there is not much difference when it comes to using it.
  14. copy your preferred "input" folder , monitor lua, and "Aircraft" folder with the init.lua, from the stand alone, and then copy across into dcs world. has taken all of 10 mins to do. all exports are in place, helios functions after redirecting, and control profiles are as i had them set in the standalone a10c. {your mileage may vary} http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=88732
  15. i used the left throttle for that.
  16. go wash your mouth out........:P
  17. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=84314 the pdf by roob is good. check out the wiki, might have some useful stuff in there for you.
  18. nothing you need to know really, but have a play with the TIR software so that you understand what does what and the whys and wherefors of it. it will make tweaking it to your taste a lot easier. When you have a profile you like make a back up of the file and store it as they can take a while to create. You'll enjoy it.
  19. the hog hotas will make the noodles taste good.........
  20. i hope they get this right, could well be MINT!
  21. looks like a good comic book.
  22. if mav is soi then hit osb 6 iirc to switch adj on then ground stabilize and you can slew the seeker head and it will remain at that fixed point. resetting the slew rate will make it easier to move but it does need to be stabilized.
  23. try running the x 52 off a powered usb hub if you still have no joy.
  24. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=84571&highlight=qnh+qfe might be something useful in there not sure TL;DR
