+1 grimes. That's just the conversation I was having with my significant other last night. It's not a game where you can set rain to "on". The unpredictability along with the harder driving conditions are what makes rain entertaining. How much will it rain? When should they switch tyres etc.

Nope, Mine was on the PC, attached to the headphones, which fell between the PC and the sofa, breaking one of the little legs off, just like the OP.

Just tape it. Mine has masking tape all around it. As long as the wires are in tact, it'll work just fine. Saves buying a new one for quite some time.

You'd probably want an absolute minimum of 3GHz processor speed. It's a very CPU heavy game, and slower than that would probably struggle with a lot of AI units about.

Kinda the wrong forum, I know, but if you like Wings Of Prey, and you want better multiplayer, there's always IL-2 Sturmovik 1946. It's certainly not short of people playing mulriplayer. Other than that, just what the people above have mentioned.

I just downloaded this. Thanks. It's good not having to read the subtitles for everything. It's a shame the other pilots in the included campaigns speak Russian. Great stuff though.

This game just kept me up until 3 AM!

I liked reading that. I have similar thoughts, as I'm fairly new to simming compared to most here. I bought the TrackIR in summer, and it's a world away from using a POV hat to look around the cockpit. Also, it frees up some controls on your joystick to assign to TMS or DMS or whatever.

I also liked people on the ground being described as "acidic"

Well it was someone there who pointed out once that Black Shark was discounted on Direct2Drive, which put that game on my map and ultimately led to me registering an account here.

Eurogamer UK need to get their finger out & review this! Edit: although their community doesn't seem heavily into simulations. Fun community to be part of though!
