I don't know what to say. We have people registering without problems. I, unfortunately can not do much to help due to being really busy with my professional life. I am forwarding this link to =4c= forum moderators, hopefully, somebody will do something about it.

DCS as well as FC series are study sims. Lack of dynamic campaign makes playable life of DCS and FC very short. On line flying is the only alternative to stay with the game for somewhat longer time. Extremely expensive and difficult to manage on-line playing with DCS and FC further shortens the life of this two beautiful simulators. Let alone the fact that on-line players are your best, 24 hours a day, promoters of your product.

Can you clarify this position? Are you saying that dedicated server application is a direct cost (of development) with no return?

Me too. I lived in Israel for a year and spent a lots of time in Western part of Sahara desert in mid/late nineties. Just like you, I am not impressed with desert landscape ...

Thanks Pilotasso, we appreciate it! As of right now, our server is paid for until June. Our squad will then go for a summer brake and hopefully, FC 3 and next DCS module will be available by early/late fall. Then, I hope we will be back on line again. Regards,

You are so wrong. We paid more then $2000 dollars out our pockets to rent server, buy a video card, pay for OS and other software .... All of that for the sake of enjoying this game and shearing that joy with FC community. Although we had a PayPal button on our old site, we have never received a single cent from anybody outside our group/squad. We spent countless hours trying to make all that work. It looks like you do not understand and do not appreciate our effort. I am sorry you feel that way. But from now on, you are on my IGNORE list.

In an environment where use of Apache's was not necessary at all, two Apache helicopter crews were sent to fly over a terrain for which they were not trained to fly? What are you talking about? I wonder what was the altitude in this incident? Apache's could not fly above mountains between Albania and Serbia back in 1999. Two Apaches crashed then.

Well, I hope, not permanently. We spent a lots of money and man hours trying to make all that work, and are due for a little brake. I have high hopes that ED is working on a dedicated server application. And, if they do, we will have many servers running. If we don't get a dedicated server application from ED, then ... then I don't know.

I suggest people who can not understand Cyrillic, take their time and conduct more thorough research before making comments. Specially when it comes to understanding the difference between the Cyrillic "c" and English alphabet "c". He, he, he ... :no_sad: SAM = Stealth STOP!

. Our dedicated server admin does not follow this forum very closely. I am traveling and am not in daily touch with him. Pilotasso, everybody in our squad knows you very well. Just stop by our forum and drop us a line or two with your ideas. I am sure somebody will respond to it.

You should know better then to say that our forum registration was about "cheap way to get hits". By the way, the attacker who was attacking all servers, we have strong suspicion that he tried and briefly was registered on our forum. And we know for sure that he even showed up on our Team Speak. Thus, whoever this was, he mounted unprecedented attack on us. That's why we instrumented registration on our forum. About six months ago, our web site and forum was attacked and completely compromised. To the point that we were threatened by our provider to be dropped out. Our squad, within our financial and human resources, desperately tried to fight sophisticated attack on us and DCS /FC on-line community. I am not sure why you were banned from our forum. We sometime have multiple forum registration daily with all kinds of weird nick names and e-mail addresses. I suggest you join the on line squad, get the people and FC/DCS community to know you and we will let you come back on our forum. Regards,

I doubt that i7-920 at stock speed is much better the e8500 at stock speed for FC and DCS series. I don't care about any other application and anything else these new processor have or do. All I care is FC and DCS. And FC and DCS without any applications running in background. For a long time the FC and DCS bottleneck was (probably still is) CPU, and mostly GHz-wise. Now, if you throw other applications to simultaneously run with FC/DCS (movie making software and etc) the new CPU's, mostly due to OS ability to use multiple core/thread CPU's, will run overall better.
