For years, our web site and our forum was targeted by hackers. As we all know, unfortunately, even our dedicated server, among all other dedicated servers, was recently targeted as well. But, we don't give up that easy. Recently we changed out our Forum engine. Also, one of our members, =4c= WhitePony, took his time and built us a web site from scratch! This is a new beginning for =4c= presentation and, over time we will populate our web site with interesting articles from the world of aviation and aircraft simulators. Our web site is bilingual, in Serbian and English and is really easy to navigate. Once again, many thanks to =4c=WhitePony for his work and dedication. 500 billion dollars in defense cuts is over 10 years period. That is not even a 10% of the defense budget which doubled since year 2000. So 10% cut over 10 years is not big deal at all.

That's my understanding. Let me see if I can get you in touch with a person who is taking care of our dedicated server. His English is not very good, but I can translate if needed.

Unfortunately I don't have attack schedule list. I reside in the states and everybody else in our squadron is in Serbia or European region. Due to time differences and professional responsibilities (work :)) I am not in the best situation to be in contact with my team mates all the time. A person who is maintaining our dedicated server has invested a lots of his time in trying to figure all of this out and in my opinion, we are running out of understanding on our dedicated server provider side too. This morning I got a PM message on our forum that our complete server, including dedicated server and TS was shut down, I assume late last night CET. We are working with our dedicated server provider, to yet again, restart our server ...

I too see all of this as an attack on Eagle Dynamics. Dedicated server application is long overdue. And it is just getting more and more difficult to host this game.

I hear you. However, without a job, savings that you collected while having a job will be spent on food, lodging and health insurance, not on university education. Do you know how much Cobra is? Anywhere from few hundred dollars to 1500 dollars per month. Let me take 1000 as an average ... that ends up to be $12 000 US dollars a year. Well, finding a job is not a problem. The problem is to find a job that will include health insurance and pension plan. Right now many companies do not have pension plans any more. A lots of companies do not include health insurance. BTW, when you loose a job, you loose your income to pay for your mortgage, for your health insurance, for your car payment, a car you must have to be able to go to work ... Let alone, your children's filed trip, your wife's and yours annual check up, your children's university loan ... And why was that job lost? See above posts for details ...

A-10's over (parts of?) Kosovo very seldom flew below 15 000 feet. Igla's and Strela's could not reach them.

A10's (not C models) had complete freedom air-superiority-wise, over Yugoslavia, yet, they did almost nothing. A10, including C models is the weapon system of the past and needs to be replaced. Presently, A10's are good against low tech opponent such as Taliban and Al Kaida. Same goes for Su-25 (T, SM ....) airplane.

Well, first of all there is a Collective brake. Force Feedback can (easily?) simulate the brake by locking the stick at the position where it is left at, after releasing the brake (the "F" keyboard command). Next, take a look at the collective stick when you engage altitude hold autopilot. Specially if you select the radio altitude hold. That's a perfect application for a Force Feedback technology. I wonder why ED did not implement this feature?

I plugged in my Cyborg Evo Force and tried to use it as a collective stick. Force Feedback did not work.

This is a question for developers. Does black shark support Force Feedback for a collective stick? I got an old Saitek Cyborg Evo Force and would love to be able to use it as a Collective stick along with the Collective Brakes ("F" keyboard command).

I installed this mod few weeks ago and will never go back to original. THis blue cockpit makes the cab so much better. Great job!

Well, if pilots need to pull some G's, they can try it in Su-31. Did you know that +12/-10 "capability" of this airplane is only physiological. In other words, Su-31 can take much more that that and can not be structurally damaged due to high G's ... Take a fleet of Su-31's put some buttons, switches or a glass panel in a cockpit and get the pilots to do stuff under high, very high indeed, G's. It would cost hundreds of times, hundreds of millions of dollars cheaper then doing the same F-35.

That's right. And that's why nobody is attacking Russia, and Russia will not spend more then a trillion dollars on a 5th generation multirole fighter. Thanks for your friendly advise. I second your opinion! Previously I stated that I will buy Mustang to support ED, as I have done it with A-10C that I never fly. But, I really, really would prefer to see a jet airplane, MiG-21 or F-4 or MiG-23, 29, F-18, even F-16 ...

Eagle Dynamics is actually owned by Fighter Collection. Thus, Fighter Collection makes a final decision on which project/airplane is going to be made by Eagle Dynamics. Fighter Collection is in business of restoring and flying vintage/WW II aircraft and having really, really good P-51 PC simulator will definitely be very favorable for the Fighter Collection business. That's why ED made P-51.

Looks nice, this P-51. I'll buy it to support ED, but, I look forward to flying next in the DCS modern jets series ....

Now, this is indeed very serious problem.

Who is "someone"? If it is a country that attacks us, we turn it into a glass, in about 20 minutes! And for that we don't need 2500 F-35's, actually, we don't need even a single F-35. If "someone" is a terrorist, or a terrorist organization, it can be successfully defeated with few F-35's in a portfolio of available tools to combat it. There is no case, what so ever, for a rational military reason to have 2500 F-35's. There is a big push from a military/industrial complex to build 2500 F-35's, that's for sure. The problem is, we have to print money to buy 2500 F-35's, and that is much bigger threat for our national security that any terrorist or rogue country in the world. Oh yes .... SAM = Stealth STOP!

Yes I would pay $500 for a high fidelity MiG-29S or Su-25SM simulator. BTW, I bought multiple copies of LO/FC/BS and A-10 and am inching towards $500 ... However, we already have military grade simulators for $50 (or less). Don't forget that real Ka-50 and A-10C pilots use this same simulators we do, for their real life pilot training.
