  1. It isn't finished yet, or the final version isn't released anyway. Wags mentioned very recently that it is near completion so expect it to be updated sometime in the future.
  2. The A-10c still has classified elements, we're getting a Eurofighter Typhoon. I wouldn't worry about all of the classified talk so much (unless it is an F-22 etc) We have to accept that the consumer versions will always have some elements removed, but not to an extent that it will ruin them for us. And in many cases, we will probably have no idea they are missing at all. Given what we have already, and have on the way, the SU-34 shouldn't be totally written off.
  3. What gave you that conclusion? I'd love to see both personally. I would have thought the SU-34 would be a pretty good candidate fora future module. Fingers crossed anyway.
  4. At least they are considering it. They have a lot on their plate with DCS2 being finalised. Long term plans don't necessarily mean it will be that long.
  5. No unfortunately. But Matt said they are in the long term plans.
  6. Well, we're getting an F-5 and sandy mountains, I guess that will do for now. ;)
  7. Maybe there was more to the white trail than it just being vapour? This does appear to be coming from the nozzle area.
  8. Have a look at the L-39 flying low on this unbelievable set up...
  9. Interesting catch, the up-loader said he saw white smoke from the Hunter. Could be that it is just vapour which is my first thought, but maybe not...
  10. It is a common problem with most flight sims, they just don't have enough detail to give the sensation of speed you see in reality, not to mention the reduced FOV and lack of peripheral vision. But DCS 2.0 does seem on track to improve this...
  11. Nope, it's an F-16i Sufa. I'll have to break out my modern viper guides to check, but isn't the F only used by the UAE?
  12. I wouldn't mind seeing consumer versions of both of those at all...
  13. Looks great! Viper is a common term, but an unofficial one, as mentioned above, it doesn't really matter which name you use. If I were making something official looking like you just have, I'd use Falcon. Although in this specific case, I'd probably use "Sufa" just to confuse things further lol.
  14. I'd be strapped in before I could even count the money...
  15. Given the frequency of these videos now, you can't expect news on everything each time. News will arrive when there is something to tell. He did mention the Spitfire though and said progress was good if I remember correctly.
  16. Yeah sorry, I tried to be subtle with my reply ;) It's a great mock up otherwise and I agree totally with your choice of aircraft
  17. Me too, I can't get on with DXtory for video capture (I use shadowplay) But I do use it for screen shots myself.
  18. Guess again, straight from the horses... Well, Wags mouth on Youtube when asked about this... "It is something we certainly want to add at some point." Finally.
  19. That seems like a very balanced and fair comment on their part. Here is a little article written about it that also makes some valid points... http://vintageaeroplanewriter.blogspot.co.uk/2015/08/uk-airshow-safety.html
  20. Another nice video, nice to hear they are considering the option to remove all of the HUD on the L-39 (and hopefully the hood also) The clear view would be appreciated during joy flights. KA-50 campaign was a surprise, I rarely fly it but it may give me the kick I need to finally learn that aircraft, I was expecting an F-15c campaign next, although I guess that may still be possible. As for the carrier as a DLC, well I guess it's early and they are still trying to figure things out so we probably shouldn't make too many assumptions and get carried away. It would be nice to have a little more elaboration on that though.
  21. An F-16i would be quite something. The IAF certainly know how to paint an aircraft. And that particular configuration is my personal favourite aesthetically. Spinal fin with no conformal tanks.
  22. This one looks like it may be worth following to me. If it looks like this, and has decent flight physics, it could be a lot of fun!
  23. Commented on the video ages ago, but I'll just say here also what a great job you did. Awesome video of a beautiful aircraft!
  24. Yeah, that was my initial thought, a terrible case of sods law as it would have been much easier to miss the road than to hit it.
