  1. Until further notice, the DCS: CH-47F damage model will continue to be work in progress (wip). If any changes or improvements are performed, it will be listed in the changelogs of each update.
  2. @skypickle Like @Tholozor pointed, you need to be a bit more specific when you ask these questions. I'll just assume you are acting pilot during a night mission. First of all, the PNVS is exclusive to the pilot. So when he selects "NORM" it is projected to the pilots IHADSS. However, if you set TADS as a NVS sensor (via de NVS Select Switch) it no longer becomes available as an Acquisition Source on that station. In our DCS: AH-64D manual page 295 you can read the limitations of the acquisition sources. Page 109 talks about the Night Vision System. This is not a bug and it is working as intended. As for "why" is it so, it's just how the system is designed.
  3. Well, @Harley Without a proper capture of the issue, we can't really see what the issue is or what caused it to happen. If you can capture this in a future event, preferably in SP or in a controlled non modded MP environment, do share the track. I've tried to replicate it myself and it worked as intended.
  4. Glad to hear you sorted it. Keep an eye out if it happens again. But please, remember, we need a track of your event, not just a video. Thanks.
  5. Hello @Harley Please supply a track file with an example of what you are experiencing so we can have a look. Thanks.
  6. Hello @Moonshine We are aware of some issues with the TPOD point and area track coords over distance. This can also be somehow exacerbated by INS drift. We had this reported earlier and are working on a fix.
  7. Hello @Zimmerdylan Like stated here, there have been no recent changes to weapon loadout loading to DSMS and associated logics. Like @Yurgonstated, a miz file and/or a track file of this situation would be the best way to help you.
  8. Yes, @dave76, live @rob10said, a track is more useful than a video. More than seeing the event, we need the telemetry the track provides. Thanks for understanding.
  9. Hello @bephanten We took some time testing the DCS: A-10C and the DCS:A-10CII being hit by several different rounds, from different aircraft, including the mentioned DCS: Mig-15 Bis cannon, and we couldn't identify any particular receiving damage difference between to two models. Bullet impact can be quite tricky to replicate on the airframes, given that we cannot hit exactly the same place consistently. However, we tested several angles and aimed at different locations (centre mass, wings, engines) and found both models very similar in damage resistance against different rounds. In one engagement, one seemed to be marginally more resistant than the other, but on the next session it would be other way around. In the end, it was our conclusion that you claim that the DCS: A-10CII is more damage resistant than the DCS: A-10C wasn't proven. Of course, we want to ear more from you if you can substantiate your claims with some more evidence from your side.
  10. Hello @d0ppler I just tried binding these two commands for the switch cover and had no issues doing so. I tried both a keyboard assignment as well as a joystick button, both worked opening and closing the red cover. I suggest you verify you have no conflicts, for example with some external windows commands or other programs. Have you tried running a repair? Another suggestion is to delete/move the assignment lua file and try rebinding (just for testing).
  11. Hello @SexyTomato Please send documented, non-classified, publicly available evidence via Private Message to @BIGNEWY that indicate this feature is present on the F-16C Block 50 CCIP update we're modelling in our DSC: F-16C. Thanks.
  12. What I said above is that zone selecting is already possible currently, by picking either picking the M261 with Hydra 70 A/B - M151 + E - M257 or the Hydra 70 A/B - M151 + E-M274. In order to use these different zones, you need to pick them on the selection menu in the WPN page.
  13. It seems this is something you feel should happen. But like I said above, we need documented evidence that the real F/A-18C Lot 20 software would behave the way you describe. Again, if you have it, please send it via PM to @BIGNEWY
  14. Hello @OUO Can you clarify what you mean a bit better? Where are you basing your assumption these two items need to be boxed? We would need documented evidence (non-classified) sent to @BIGNEWYto confirm this. Thank you.
  15. Hello @Alpha I've sent this for internal analysis. Thank you for your report.
