If you got to integrate every single module to other modules (or even don't when 3rd party says no...) on various maps, making updates, adapt all modules to core update because something breaks and.... omg my head explodes.

Hi! I'm not able to move the TDC while in vertical... I tried getting it centered. I created a mission to test this out and it worked perfectly... in the BFM MiG-29A mission it didn't.

Exactly this. I was wondering how it would (or even can) fit into all we already have (missions, campaigns etc.). Will only a handfull of missions be developed for the F/A-18C (while the F-14 gets ignored) or will DCS Super Carrier be regarded as only a toy for online squads? Creating many multiverses inside a multiverse. So... there always must be a version of a content for those who don't and those who do own Super Carriers?

Hello folks, recently I tried to get aquainted with the ACM mode of the Hornet. All works perfectly except of the Vertical scan. My radar instead of sweeping the short middle part to my LOS in vertical scan... seems to completely stay at the right side as shown on my right DDI, sometimes at the rightmost gimbalmax and stays there... while I'm not able to get a lock on a target right in front of me. I thought maybe to hit the designate button but that throws me into another mode. I don't understand what happens... (Using the CTS profile-script tool for my HOTAS Cougar). Greetings, Cabal

Hi Home Fries, Thanks a lot! I updated CTS then I checked the line and in fact it looks like you added that one as of now. It should be in line 3298 i guess? =) Here is another minor thing: I just got the nice Bundle (F/A-18C + Supercarrier) and fired up CTS of course! I'm so glad it exists.... I noticed that when I try to center my view in the F/A-18C cockpit (no VR & no TrackIR) with the trim hat on the HOTAS Cougar (double tap up), it doesn't do anything like it does in the SU-27 & F-14. It seems the center-view commands in the controls menue for the F/A-18C are empty as well after loading up the kb and hc profiles like I did in every other module. BTW hope you are doing ok! Have a lot of work to do and not enough time for DCS... Greetings, Cabal

Thanks for clarifying guys. :thumbup: What else will the Hornet etc. get from the Supercarrier? I mean... it smells like it's favouring online flying squads but what about Singleplayers especially?

Clarification: Supercarrier, F-14... now what? =) Questions Hey guys, ok let's say I own the Supercarrier and the F-14. I'm in the menue. I want to experience the Supercarrier features. Where do I go from here? Is every carrier in pre-built missions going to be updated via Supercarrier or will I have to go and create my own missions (which is lame) in order to experience the Supercarrier functionalities? I completely have no clue. How can I access all that stuff? Hornet drivers will get missions... and what about us bad ppl, like Tomcat drivers, who bought a 3rd party module? Greetings, Cabal

Hornet Hornet Hornet but what about owners of the F-14? I dislike the "our own modules get all the candy" and the rest is standing in the corner. Will I get a carrier which is nowhere to be found except of when I build a mission myself with the editor? How can I use supercarrier in missions with the F-14? Will I need to edit all missions and replace the old empty carrier with the supercarrier ones or will all carriers get updated so I can use the supercarrier functionality automatically in all missions who have an added carrier?

Hey JG78_Ghost... had used the Bailey-profile for VoiceAttack but had some issues reg. voice recognition on my german Win10 and dropped VoiceAttack... I can train Win10 to understand me better by reading out german texts (instead of english) and needed to set my layout to english as well because it didn't work previously. Any idea how I can tweak this whole stuff for better voice recognition? Momentan sehr hoffungslos... Greetings, Cabal

Here is my thought-process and why I bought the F-14 (incl. some others): The F-16 and F/A-18 were present/represented in every possible simulation in the last 2-3 decades. These two birds are similar, simple to control & handle... dogfights are easy. This got pretty boring (after Falcon 4.0 & it's various mods like the recent BMS) but still will consider buying them in the future. For now, I not only bought the F-14, but the AJS-37 and the MiG-21 as well. I like the older birds, getting to know at which limits to fly them (instead of just pulling the stick full back and to know that the aircrafts electronics will handle the flying)... birds made for "specific"-tasks... not that boring multi-role stuff. But hey, that's just me.

Hello, my old rudder seems to be completely jerking into a specific direction if I do some light inputs, max positions are ok and smooth. If I go a bit left, it jerks far to the right for a second and then goes left. Isn't there something where I can create parameters so that I can set certain controller min.-max. limits at different x/y positions of the rudder of some sort to prevent such axis break-outs or even cut the real-time sensors at half... sensing every 2 instead of 1 inputs in real time? I don't know how to put that thing apart and repair it.. or if it's even possible.... can't find any information except for the newer TM rudders. Also have problems with centerplay at the stick but this is too much for my brain to bear at the moment.... don't know what to fill those used center-play areas with.... the rudder is a bigger problem at the moment. Thx for answering Home Fries! Double tap doesn't work, in every possible direction with or without S3. It just pans the view or de/+lock-on on a ground point.

Hey folks, have the F-14 and can't switch to Rio from my pilot seat. I have the HOTAS Cougar here... Trim unshifted is POV to look around (sucks I know..) ... I shift+down-(left or right) to switch positions but nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong? Will it change my controls to F-14 RIO AND my seat? What to do? =( The CTS tool is awesome... good lord! I'm extremly overwhelmed by the F-14... too much information... and too much christmas action here.... I'm sorry. Greetings, Cabal

Considering buying the bundle even if I dislike the F/A-18C a bit as a F-16 lover ;) the F-16 seems not quite ready yet for my taste and the F/A-18C is surely interesting enough to learn manage it. A whole new world after all these years in which I didn't bought any modules.

Hello folks, just a quick question: does the module come with a campaign and training missions? Didn't saw any info reg. this on the shop site except of the Red Flag additional campaign. Also I'm unsure if there aren't any campaigns which use the Persian Gulf map... Sandbox sims are good to a certain point... but if it's too much "do it yourself" or "fly online"... well =( Thanks! This extremly depressing reading everywhere that only a god damn 1080TI is barely able to handle DCS with high settings while a 1070 (and everything below) is too weak. It sounds a bit like..... in the past after FSX came out... even a NASA rig couldn't handle it with high graphic settings. Is there a real boost to be still expected or is the 1070 total garbage? I think most of us <1080ti users don't like the idea to fly with details on low and especially after shelling out a few hundred dollars for a VR.

Flying the Flanker with a friend... why is there no Datalink? It’s hard enough to keep up the situational awareness so why does something simple as this miss? As I read in the forums, it’s an issue since years.
