Whats better DVI -> HDMI or Mini HDMI -> HDMI, or it doesn t matter ? I ve seem some mini hdmi -> hdmi are speced as for camera or things like that any diference ?

I also thought of going 3 monitors, but being capped on the wallet and on space, i prefered to go to a 37" led TV and a monitor for instruments. Then one day i will go on maybe. Also i knew that 3 monitors would add a second card to my list of to be purchased, and i wasn t inclined too. I have others hobbies cost too. I prefer to save this way and add instrumentation (real switches) i think it will be more enjoyable for now until i have enought money to maybe put 2 others 2X" monitors vertically to complete the set. My system ain t totally set yet but i was blown away when i fired games on my 37" TV... its another world to have a cockpit almost real size. Now zooming HUD DOES make a diference, as you don t have to zoom that much because you're quit the "WTF going on there" or "WTF is this damn tank" state much quicker.

Are they worth ? How do they compare to EVGA/ASUS/XFX/MSI... whatever. :dunno:

LOL...complaining... We could build a list of complaints and send it to them. Anyway i wasn t impressed by the fisics shown on the demo, ok it was before a full year of release, but was nothing hoooo. Even with this said i will still be happe when they release it. One thing i m wondering is how small / big the island will feel.

Mine is a bit more easy but i got the 3 clicks ok. Tir is worth the buy especially with track ir pro. If you have a micro VAC (Voice activation comand is also worth the buy)

LOL!!! Nice, just add wheels to it... big ones so the carpet won t be an issue and you can easely drag it everywhere I can see a lot of upgrades on this build over the time, this is nice too.

10 to 12 is absolutely too low if you play a fast paced game like fps for example you ll have a lot of ghosting.

You people hardcore pit builders never cease to amaze me with your skills and dedication... I wonder if any of you will build a full pit when the new dcs tittle... i wouldn t be surprised if you do.

Konovalov: Only 2 things are impostant in a monitor: A good image And above all response time. For a monitor, anything reaching 2.5 should be automatically discarded. I don t know how much space you have, but maybe you should consider some led TV... some have below 2.5 ms and mayby are cheaper.

Thanks i dont intend to do SLI. I prefer to pay a little more than SLI. I know its subject to diverse opinion, and problems, so if possible i prefer single core. Information i hadn t provided. 5870 or even 90 is less costy than the 580, but also seem not to perform as good as 580 in a one on one confrontation, if i am to believe the charts i ve seen.

Alright, i am finally switching from an uncomfortable setting to something more cosy. In the process my new screen will be a 37" Tv + my actuall 22" for instruments. My 460 gtx talon won t do it anymore if i want dcs full settings at 1920X1080p + instruments on the 22 like mfcd gauges etc. I tend to walk NVIDIA but in the past i was ATI. I know Some are pro ATI some are pro NVIDIA. Well i am thinking on a Nvidia 580, but i don t know which one, is there one better than another ? Or all gtx 1500 384 bits are the same ? I like MSI but it doesn t mean squat at the moment. So which one would you guys recomend. OTOH i am considering ATI (cause of the eyefinity althought it may be useless because i ll probably won t go 4 monitors until end 2013 if ever), but then i am even more lost.... Which ATI would you guys recomend ? Considerations: 1) Prices in my country are crazy... so dont take them much in consideration, only a Brasilian consumer will know of what i am talking about. 2) Due to city settings, i m not much fan of overclocking, so i ll consider stock, i may do some overclock, but it will be light. 3) i don t care that much at benchmarks cause my main concerns are DCS, RoF and IL. Althought Arma 3 will enter the roll as a gfx pusher, STALKER2 too but its too much incognita. The machine is on my sig. Thanks in advance for any answer.

Many are very nice, this game really bring beautifull shots when you can play it full power, high res.
