Bei Interesse gibts Infos per PN. Rollen: Einsatzleitung / AWACS, Rufname Wizard (viel Text) Special Forces Einsatzgruppe, Rufname Darknight (viel Text) FARP Dallas (1-2 Funksprüche) Helikopterbesatzung (Evac), Rufname Uzi (weniger Text)

Confirmed the problems with the radio stack. Sometimes JTAC needed up to 2 minutes to respond. Silencing the other units helped. I kinda want to add a lot of units that won't really affect the mission of the A-10 itself, but are there to give you the feeling, you are in a real battlefield

A "flag" is a status, exactly an instance of a status. A flag can basically have the value "true" or "false". You can use it in the Mission editor to let special things happen based on other actions. For example: If the player aircraft has left a special zone you set flag number 1 from false to true. An other trigger is set, so that a special AI group has to be activates, as soon as flag with number 1 is set to true.

Why not use the new "land" task for the helicopters?

Hm, the hangar is still there (even the jet in it :) ), but I fear it is used as a storage room now.. Sadly the virtual aero is also gone, but the jeep safari and the offroad rallye simulators are also nice.. But Enschede is not far from Ahaus, I think I will be there this year, but only to visit and watch :D

Seems more that the white lines on the ground are more what you'd call "guidelines" than actual rules (Arrr... :) ) But this (and many other videos) make me have some questions: 1) Why do so many russians have a videocam running while driving? 2) What happened to the guy at 4:07 3) Why is it so normal to encounter people at night in the middle of the road, the driver at 11:15 seems to be so used to it, he doesn't even say a word? 4) 11:49: Regarding question 1...how epic can it be to have front and rear cam in splitscreen? 5) What did the guy on 12:10 smoke and where can I get it? 6) Finally...why does all this stuff happen? :D

Does the steam version work with DCS: World? I'd like to know before I recommend to my friends ;)

In the editor unter Flight -> Prepare Mission you can set everything

It is cryptic. I use the radios with my mic switch, not radio with mic switch plus eventually additional radio calls made by the mission designer by -sol command, or whatever its name is. It totally takes out the immersion of flying a realistic flight sim.

^ this. slmod is not an option for me. That should be implemented in the vanilla version. When I make a mission, I want "players" so host and fly them without the need of installing additional mods or memorizing cryptic chat commands to use radio functions

You said your Trigger doesn't work. We can only help you when you say, how you set up that trigger exactly ;)

Jo, war bei mir auch so. Einfach win8 als upgrade installiert und alles lief noch. Klar, win8 ist ja auch im Kern noch win7 :smilewink:

Think it was a simple action "Send Message to ...", you can set it up as a trigger action

Yes, have solved it with ROE until I find out the ranges. Also "solves" the problem with the very limited ammo. Tanks will not shoot until they reach the last waypoint, there they will battle with the tanks, on their way they let the A-10s do the work

That's not weird, stick has to be all the way back to start the engines. Check in your windows settings, I had the same problem one day, had to reinstall stick drivers to recalibrate the throttle stick
