  1. yes if it has INS (SD-10 definitely doesn't)
  2. One thing I see in the screenshot is you are angled up about 5 degrees, and the radar is pointing at the 0 degrees offset, so it's also pointed up 5 degrees - try switching from SLV to SP and point the radar down at the ground.
  3. One thing I do is don't set INS+GPS until the bombs are loaded on the plane, and the DTC has been loaded (sms page shows the bombs). It needs to know that the bomb is connected before it's going to give them GPS data, right? So that's what I do. It might be fine, but I try to play it that way.
  4. also it won't turn on while you are on the ground.
  5. Mode 1 should enter constant jamming upon lock, either by a SAM or by a missile, I was locked by a missile, and the missile was pitbull. It should have stayed in JAMING, not going on and off. The missile, as my aircraft was warning me, my jammer was going on and off, on for half a second, off for half a second. It should have remained on until it no longer detects the missile radiation.
  6. It would flash between JAM and JAMING when a missile was locked on to me. It should constantly be in JAMING. It is not correct as-is.
  7. Right, because that targeting system is doing sensor fusion? in the sensor? The aircraft would do that, not the pod.
  8. It's from GS, I cannot upload TRK files, they will be too large. Your comment is worthless.
  9. You know that technology didn't stop developing since the 90's... the F-16 that we have is using an RWR from 1991... so do I think that a RWR from 2012 can beat one from 1991? yea, lots more processing power available 21 years into the future.
  10. It will give a warning regardless - as it should, it's detecting radar from the missile, just because you are in a notch doesn't mean your rwr can't detect it. The missile isn't going to turn off its radar because you might be in a notch.. um, rwr sensors are not in your radar itself. They're spread around the aircraft, they can detect when they get radiation, even if it comes from behind...
  11. as in the title, I was on GS, and I had my jammer on mode 1, it kept flicking on and off, from JAM to JAMING quickly.
  12. Is it possible to make the HMD available to modders? I'm thinking like if I install a mod, I can use the HMD, so a server can enable it. It could be overridden by other mods. Maybe also add the button for HMD to enable/disable power for the NVG?

  13. so that says you can put R-27T or RVV-AE on stations 2 and 10, man I'd love that.
  14. google translate has been pretty good
  15. it does, ours doesn't.
  16. The little orange triangle that shows up when you put on a mk-82, 83, etc - when you click on the triangle it brings up a fuze option, allowing you to specify how many seconds before activation, etc - just wondering if it could be set as an option to 'turn on the laser after x seconds' @uboats - I'm fine with the way it is now, but if it is a 'for fun' weapon, maybe that could be an option?
  17. could you make it a fuze option?
  18. what happens if you turn the mirrors off?
  19. Same in Mig29 and JF-17, it was a hawk. Twice I got no warning, once I got a warning, but it was 1 second from impact, I watched them launch. hawk can't launch without a lock.
  20. looks like its working type 200a doesn't leave a dent, just a decal, but it does affect your aircraft, can rip off your wings. also it goes into AGR radar mode if you go into CCIP, and there is no CCIP pipper above a few thousand feet, it floats up above your airplane marker.
  21. an mk84 made a dent in a runway today... try it.
  22. You need the radar at least turned on so that it will stabilize the CLDP.
  23. I jump into a cold airplane, all switches off, and there is text on the mfds for cmbt, sms, hsd, clnk, and rdr. These screens have no power, so why are they showing the text?
  24. Did you turn on your radar so that it can stabilize the camera?
