  1. I did not spend too much time, but it seems to me the bug of fps very low even long time after explosion is gone. But the mod is still disabling some effect to maintain fps during explosion.
  2. My simple test case : Ah64 / quick mission / runway start / go to CPG station. With steamVR I have 30 fps, so things are ok. With OpenXR it's less than these 30 fps, so either stuttering or 20 fps with reproj. Both of them are nogo. I do not care about high fps, I set my Reverg @60Hz. My target is to never go below 30 fps with reproj and have 60 fps with no reproj when it's possible. Conclusion of my testing with openXR and AH64 are : some cases at 20 fps and never 60 fps...At the opposite I had my target with steamVR. My guessing is OpenXR is depending more of CPU than SteamVR. And most of situation for which I have low fps in DCS are linked to CPU saturation (from what I can see in fpsVR), especially with the AH64.
  3. I still have the same conclusion : less fps on worst case with the AH64...So steamVR still rules...
  4. It was working for my testings... So send me your question using PM in Il2 GB forum.
  5. Hello, I do not think you PM me in IL2 GB forums... By the way, I'm doing all this things in my free time and for free (even if I setup a patreon long time ago to bluster with my colleage and justify to my wife the time I spent on this mod). So yes, you may wait some answers or update. You were lucky I had my morning free today to fix the mod (it was not planned initially), otherwise you'll have wait next week end.
  6. version 16.0 for stable and OB 2.7.12.23362 available in first post: compatiblity with OB 2.7.12.23362 bug fixes cleaning and usage of bytecode hash to reduce sensibility for code change The last beta changed a lot of shaders, I had to redo most of the mod. As usual, I did minimal testing, so thanks for the reports.
  7. Well, in fact there is no control of FXAA...the variables are for the sharpen in cockpit, FXAA is done for outside. Maybe I should improve things a bit...
  8. I want the same ! But can we have feedback for DCS and il2 GB usage ?
  9. arrgh ! I setup a test based on MFD resolution (1024 or 512). It looks like maverick display is not at same resolution...I'll dig again.
  10. At last I reproduced the problem reported by @Sr. I do not understand why I did not see it before... So the 16.0.b1 is here for testing : https://www.mediafire.com/file/fdoahm59yvql2ij/3DmigotoDCS_VR_16.0b1.zip/file I'll update the first post when I'll have some feedback or time to test it a bit. Edit : it was Sr. and not speed-of-heat who reported the issue with cockpit frame in MFD..
  11. Hello, I created a v16 version, no new features but some cleaning, fix for reflection that where no more working for some planes and the usage of a different hash mechanism that may be less prone to be broken by new version of DCS. So I had to redo all shaders... It may also improve a little bit fps, I did not check. Can you test it and report any issue ? It is here : https://www.mediafire.com/file/nmem0vn6o6uezwi/3DmigotoDCS_VR_16.0b.zip/file @Sr. : I still can not reproduce your bug, can you test with this release ? I updated also the troubleshooting guide to include OpenXR:
  12. Can you have a look on first post and explain where I should put more information to explain how to use the mod for openXR ? Maybe I'll put a sentence in red...
  13. I don't think this is the good place to request support for a mod intalled for usage with another mod....Did you read the first kines post explaining how to use the version for OpenXR ?
  14. Unfortunately, you can not save during campaign. I you are a poor pilot like me you can save a track, replay it by speeding up time and take control before your mistake. It worked most of the time for me, you just need to not speed up time too much in sensitive moment. Sometime record is not accurate enough and you will have to take control before it diverge. It is best to replay in F10 mode. Most of what F10 can display is set by the setting screen, or locked in the campaign.
  15. I still can not reproduce, either with SVR or OpenXR...can you post your d3dx_user.ini and your graphics settings? By the way, the track is very long to load, my DCS spent a long time on "spawning objects" step
  16. If you are in VR you can also use my mod : It will also allow you to keep radio messages diplayed as long as you want, without having to open history windows.
  17. I did not update the troubleshhoting guide for openXR but main things are the same : make the standard 3dmigoto mod working without any other mod, on a cleaned DCS install. Then try to install other mods and check impact. So please try to test on standard steamVR configuration before looking for OpenXR... Once you'll have it working, uninstall the normal version, install the openXR mod and the opnXR version of 3dmigoto mod, and have a look on [DCSinstallationDirectory]\bin\3dmigoto...
  18. Hello. It depends how you install/uninstall. As the last version is not inluding d3dx_ini, if ypu use jsgme it will keep all files created, so the d3dx_user.ini file.
