Lol. Your whole network, in other words, is routed by a router and not the switch. A switch is a layer 2 device (datalink) while a router is a layer 3 (network).

That's switch, no. You need a router to create a network.

How do you edit this file, I mean, how do you get the values? do you export the values from DCS or do you edit it randomly trial and error?

You can always add aliases with the keywords editor. For example, Marj Ruhayyil has only one alias, so you can add "Marge airport" and the in-game you can call it either Marj Ruhayyil or Marge airport. Add as much aliases you want to whatever keywords you need.

Perhaps I'm out of the curve, but I wouldn't buy a Su-25. I'm not surprised. Hope this means that the political deadlock against modern russian fighters is finally loose. I'd love an Ukranian Su-27 shooting HARMs!
