I hope this is considered a bug and will be fixed in future update. Is there another way other than calling up the VC panel (a little painful in VR mode)? Can you set it up in the mission editor? Why 116.00 MHz? This is easily addressed in the Huey by adjusting the VHF/AM radio, but what about other aircraft?

Some people thrive on complaining. They could not survive if they didn't complain about something (and as you said "repeatedly") everyday. If you are one to complain, my advice is to do the following: 1. Put yourself in the other's shoes. 2. Offer constructive and well thought out solutions. 3. Try to have a desire for mutual success. If you can not do that, then you are most likely a big part of the problem.

Do the WWII assets come with the Normandy map? ...or, are they part of DCS core?

How much disk space will this last update use up? I have 159 GB free and it says that is not enough.

I don't think anyone is defending anyone. We are just having a conversation (with differing viewpoints).

AAA Quality is subjective. We all should have known going into this that DCS World is not a complete and polished product. It never has been and never will be. ED is constantly updating and modifying the only quasi-milsim/flight simulator game out there. There are a ton of ancillary products associated with DCS development from software and community groups to hardware and simpit/VR type products directly impacted by the future of DCS World and the entire community. As far as the cost and the LOE put into product development, I would agree that some modules maybe more pricey than I think they should be. But, the whole reason ED is business is to make a profit as well as a quality product. They honestly will not have one with out the other. If the products were that bad, they would have been out of business by now. As for me, I have chose not to purchase any more full fidelity modules solely because I can not justify the cost compared to the effort that I have to put into learning them to enjoy them. That has nothing to with ED module development.

It may also be the skill level that they are set to. IDK, you are correct. In theory, they should see everything since they are AI.

Not all aircraft have an autostart feature and you may want to optimize your own. Yes.

No. Just setup a VA command to use a series of keybinds or other already existing commands. You have to do a few things first, like setting up keybinds that may not have been there to start with. What I do after that is go through the (successful) start up sequence and document each step (i.e. wait times and flipping switches), then go into VA and create a new entry for "Auto Start" or "Engine(s) Start", or something like that using what I just documented and then test it out. Be careful not to use too many combos with ALT and CTRL. For instance, if you have a combo that requires a toggle like Nosewheel Steering and you have to hold that combo down until you release, if you use other keys while toggling with ALT/CTRL you will introduce other functions that will most likely cause problems. This method works best with Jets and Rotorwing aircraft. Prop aircraft take a little more finesse to start up.

I set up a Voice Attack "Auto Start" command to speed things up. This works most of the time and I can do other tasks while that is running.
