If the system can’t find the file for Oculus Home, it can’t launch it. Rift will still work in DCS.

Had it happen again. :) Couldn't get screenshots to take, so I used the Snipping Tool.

Move (or delete) OculusClient.exe out of C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-client.

Didn’t check. Was too busy not falling out of the sky. :) I’d think I was under it. Had dropped everything but AA missiles and was somewhere around 5000 lbs of fuel. I’d check it but I can’t get the track to replay properly. This is the first time I’ve ever saved one.

I was flying the Through the Inferno mission in the PG against some vehicles. Somehow I lost my left stabilizer and decided to try to make it back to the boat. (I think it happened when I went REALLY low on a gun run against a BTR) I missed my first two approaches, boltered on the third, then gave up on the break and flew a long approach. Made it with a one-wire. Sweated in my rift. :joystick: EDIT: Hope watching this works for someone, because when I try to rewatch it, it never takes off. hairylanding.zip

Great mission! Some notes: 1) I had the not able to select A/G weapons after firing Sparrows bug. Had to select A/A, then A/G again. 2) Wingman wouldn't do anything I said, and didn't refuel on ingress after I did. I doubt this is MISSION related, more likely a DCS bug, but I thought it worth mentioning. 3) I destroyed everything at the target sight but my results score was 0. Are there any actual mission objectives? Thanks for the work!

Reminds me... Buick is missing from the list also. I read Robin Olds' memoir a few months back and Buick was mentioned as a callsign they came up with in addition to Ford, Chevy, and Pontiac.

Glad to see you here... was about to say that mine is having trouble with auto-install. I'm not sure what line exactly to append the luas for manual install.

I can see the finger lifts move, but they have no effect on stopping me from going into AB.

I have an Obutto R3volution with a 42" TV mounted as the monitor. Works great for VR and non-VR flying. I can quickly exchange side-stick and center sticks, and quickly swap throttles, for when I switch between BMS and DCS.

Thanks for the info Wags. I figured it would be sometime this year. I'm still holding out hope for a split Hornet throttle from TM that has more realistic switches.

Great mission... I shot down five bandits and took one glancing hit, made it back to base with no avionics, just the HSI. Score was 230 but results 0. Is there a goal other than survival? :thumbup:

It’s been a while since I flew the F-5, but I would think that detent key would have to be ON for you to advance into AB. I’d also think you’d have to use TARGET for this to work (I’m not against that, I do it in all non-A-10C aircraft).

I must've missed that when it was originally posted because your mention was the first I saw of it... I ordered it early in the week and got it yesterday. Haven't had time to flight test it yet, but I have to say, it works better than the glued toothpicks I had on there. :megalol:

Just an FYI for Hollywood... callsigns can go beyond 44. The F-15C instant action, for instance, has your callsign as Chevy 51. Perhaps 51-94 could be added?

This may have been mission 5... I lost count. :) At any rate, I got through it by going on low detail, and looking at the log there may be a tracer issue. Not sure.

I've had two CTDs in Mission 4, when starting the attack against Echo 2's position.

I tried the radio but the tanker was never an option. Strange. I exited out and restarted and it showed up this time. Side note, this was the first time I'd successfully refueled in the A-10. :) Thanks for the response.

I'm starting this campaign today, and I'm at the RVCP (about 4 min early), and the tanker has never spawned. Does it only spawn if you're there exactly on time?

I have a set of your black covers also, and they're still in great shape. I also have a grey set of Cougar covers, but have had them for so long that I can't remember who made them. They've got to be at least ten years old by now, and have my callsign embroidered on them. I don't use my Cougar stick base anymore, so I use the grey stick cover on my FSSB R3.
