  1. the "skeletons" was implemented on the supercarrier crew. The modern infantry has only the follow steep, and yes, ED dont show nothing yet about a WW2 infantry, and the PTO assets pack has no claim nothing about them.
  2. A-6 and A-7 coming as future FF modules by 3rd parties. About ASW aircrafts, missing all ASW funtionality on DCS, Torpedoes has very limited (has none guided), and Subs has only a "atrezzo" (Working as a ship). Has some stuff missing from Lomac / FC, and ED has on progress to rebuild them. But yes, missing many Cold War assets.
  3. Mi point is you require install a previously 3rd party product before you acess to that assets pack, that no magicaly appears on a DCS Vanilla version.
  4. We need remember the M3 PTO assets pack has no confirmed by M3 will be into the ED "PTO WW2 assets pack", that will be diferent free pack into F4U module. About a "controled" Zero, that required build from scrach a FF module, and Neither ED nor M3 have confirmed any Zero modules, nor are either of them stopping development on any of their projects.
  5. Meanwhile the all assets pack has into CoreMods/Tech directory, and the maps go to Mods/Map directory, we required install SA map to get access to the SA assets pack. The ED core assets has Bazar/World/Shapes and CoreMods/Tech/weaponPack.
  6. I think there's a lot of misunderstanding here... M3 is working on its PTO assets pack, and ED is working on its own. We're talking about two different products and different teams. I'm betting that while ED will put its support packages in its own directory, as the WW2 assets pack, the M3 one, they'll be within the F4-U directories, not in the ED "core" directories.
  7. A Zero AI, was appears on "2023 and Beyond" video and ED has confirmed on the WWII Pacific Pack, comming a A6M5 Zero, the last produced versio.. About a module, some M3 member has claimed with a FF module will be feasible. Others AI units will be feasible.
  8. A Sniper Pod will required a Suite 8 A-10C.

  10. Last ASC Discord Wip media: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1015320894614282250/1374264688057126943/image.png?ex=6847c93a&is=684677ba&hm=da421babe41cc195fccf82cc801203a0880f0122f7e9e9039334df0206d7b77f& There are many third parties that typically either don't talk or talk very little, and that doesn't mean the project is "dead" immediately. Years of development don't matter either, because we've seen in the past how many projects that no one even remembered suddenly appear. ED continue show the C-130 ASC on 20xx and Beyond and on module release videos, the last was on Germany Cold War map. Enviado desde mi CPH2197 mediante Tapatalk
  11. Sorry ED quality Standars. Enviado desde mi CPH2197 mediante Tapatalk
  12. ED has talked previously about the content neew match with your quality standars to DCS.
  13. I talking about M3... on fact, all 3rd parties with have "assets packs" (Dekka, Razbam, M3, etc), has separated assets teams to build Ai units, outside from your FF modules develop teams.
  14. Surely required more time on the fly model/systems/etc to polished them.
  15. Build a FF module has your problems, remember Octopus-G delayed the La-7 but need redome and remade part of your module to polish them. The Marianas WW2 map has nothing to do with the M3 F-4U and M3 PTO assets pack, on fact, I think ED has waiting to release Marianas WW2 (free), with the ED PTO assets pack. The shame situation with the F6F, ED can release them as a alone module with any map or assets pack.
  16. Your limited resourses about? AI assets packs has builded by diferent teams (AI assets teams), and has none to do with a FF module develop team.
  17. All need aproval by ED before add them to DCS World, the 3rd parties has none control on the Integration side on any update.
  18. All of them as Heatblur and other 3rd party weapons. Enviado desde mi CPH2197 mediante Tapatalk

  21. ED has working on free Marianas WW2 map, F6F hellcat WW2 module and WW2 Pacific Assets Pack. By now, has no a "propper" release date (only a "plan"). That is not a "Pacific DLC". https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/news/newsletters/efb74b9a7ab1067e51ff6f796b07a4b4/
  22. That is the actual DCS W problem, all DCS Guns work on "God Mode", with always know the propper FC solution (added some error parameters to simulate WW2 environment, etc).... we dont have a propper optical measure mechanist, and the limitations on FC to, only a "simple" formula with working on all systems (land / sea / air). And yes, I like see a propper realistic fire control on a ship (If ED someone build a "propper" sea module) or land. Only a little "problem" about know the measures of a ship attacking a air target on WW2. The level of required calculus, only to a air target has demential. The problem has simulate them on a "realistic" WW2 FC, with have only 2 modes, of assisted fire control (optica/radar) vs a very limited quantity of air targets, or turn on a "decrepated" Local contol by optical / manual systems with Mk1 Eye Ball. https://www.maritime.org/doc/firecontrol/partg.php https://www.maritime.org/doc/symbols/index.php#toc Same situation with the sea fire control https://www.maritime.org/doc/firecontrol/partf.php And about VT fuzes. The problem has be no only simulate the AAA versions, missing all about rockets and bombs. https://maritime.org/doc/vtfuze/index.php
  23. No only the Essex, remember ED has talked on February about the WW2 Pacific Assets Pack, with the USN and IJN ships, that has all DP Guns, and actuly we need a update if has plans about make a more necesery feature on the Core to all WW2 and Modern ships. The problem will be, the lack of all fire control on ships. That not help to simulate DP Guns with a propper missing systems.
  24. M2 Bradley, BMP-3, -2 and Marder has on the ED Core.
