I CNC'd the right console from your plans about 18 months ago - then I put the A10 on hold to build an F16. I do plan to get back to the A10 this Fall - I'll wait for your CAD updates. Thanks for getting back to these great designs.
Question about left console
The lines in the CAD drawings are where components are cut. There is an extra line in the left-side console in two of the pieces. If you cut both those lines you'd just end up with the smaller piece.
Can anyone explain these "extra" lines?
These look interesting. Very little information on the site. Switches and knobs included? Prewired, PBC, will it fit he Dzus rail? Hopefully they will have some answers and maybe some videos.

Additional Info on the UFC and CDU boards
Deadman
Shep has modified his UFC board to make room for a Korry 316 cut-out and added a connector for this switch. See the attached pdf for the boards dimensions.
He has the pricing listed in the ViperPits thread page 1: http://www.viperpits.org/smf/index.php?topic=9235.0
and the A10 board descriptions start on page 4 of that thread: http://www.viperpits.org/smf/index.php?topic=9235.45
A10 UFC board: 60€
A10 CDU board: 90€
If anyone is interested please contact Shep via PM over at ViperPits.

One of the electronics devlopers on ViperPits is taking orders for the current production run and will hold the run for any A10 builders for the next week.

Good Information. Thanks Deadman. I also saw in previous pics that the foot well near the pedals does dip down instead of straight. I remember a discussion on that last year.
metalnwood - I think you're right. I should have read his post better.
nobrot you can disregard my suggestion - I was referring to a small edit that was going to be made to the left console drawing to fix an issue with the throttle alignment. As far as I know that edit by y2kiah hasn't been done yet.
nobrot
I think y2kiah has tried explaining the change previously, you can look thru the posts and see if you can figure it out. I've never quite understood the changes as they were explained. I'm more of a visual person I guess.
In leiu of the updated file I'd just go ahead and build with the current design, the defect will become apparent when assembling and then you can just make the adjustment to fit.
There is an increase / decrease slider next to the right engine throttle on the ThrustMaster WartHog HOTAS - as far as I know mine isn't mapped to anything. I would like to assign this to have the function of increasing or decreasing my external view - like the zoom feature on a camera.
By this I mean when trying to identify something on the ground this control would allow zooming in / out to view things. Is this possible?
