In the base of throttle is enough space for the cartridge of the Stick. 1.Open the Base of the Stick and disconnect all wires that go to the handle. (It will not disturb the function of the Throttle) and unscrew the connector for the throttle. 2.0pen the base of the Throttle. 3. Tape the cable with the left electronics of the stick together and put them into the base of the throttle. 4. lead the USB cable outside of the Throttle and close the Base. Done it 6 moth ago within 30 min and I have unfortunately no pictures. Edit: What I've described is a transplantation of all Stick elements (that are required for a proper function) to the base of the throttle. The Outcome is a X45 throttle without the Stick but a USB connection and still programmable.

There is already a very easy way to Fly the F-22 without weapons in Lockon (O.K. Besides the leak of weapons is the cockpit model not the best and need some work): Join a Server as Spectator and tell nobody!

Hi Scottysonfire My advice: You have to play the Training missions on a vanilla LockOn install if you want to Play them properly. You can have separate installations of LockOn and FlamingCliffs. That's a pity ! Believe it or not - When I'm walking trough Berlin I could not tell when I did not see a CTR lying around in the streets. Sometimes they have stickers that they are still fully functional- :huh:. So when you in Berlin and you need a monitor you normally go for a 'walk'. Anyway, but I think this Info will also not help very much: There are some software tools that could do it but you have to have a Working monitor on your Desktop to install it but they will not/or (when you are lucky) only very poor in games an direct X applications.

mix and match resolutions Thats right, SoftTh is made for Tripplehead and not Dualhead configurations. - And you will loose thee third part of your view. I have no simple solution to run different sized screens (in height) in their native resolution with matching images.(and I doubt that there is one outside) But you can try out the crazy trick wit the TV detection and clone I described above. But You will have still the border of the frames in the center of your HUD in LockOn/FPShooters etc. Even when you run XP and have the span Monitors option available you could only run both Monitors in the same resolution and that leads always to the outcome that you will have the border of the screens in the center of your image when using only two screens. Edit: Projectors are much more suitable for dualhead use. -no gap or border of the Monitors.

When you are using only two monitors vertical you don't need SoftTh (SoftTh works only horizontal). The only thing you need is WindowsXP and both monitors hooked up on one graphic card. Put them in vertical span mode-This allow windos to use booth monitors as if they are one. Don't mix it up wit Dualhead mode (talking of Nvidia - my experience with ATI is very poor.). Hi all! http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=32307 This thread is the first step in finishing the Multihead Tutorial. Maybe one or two of you have sufficient hardware to test it out yourself. And report me about the difficulties you had encounter - so that I could bring it in. The tutorial will not only contain text. It will have also many self explaining images and some Videos. And a little overview how to calculate right aspect ratios in combination with different sized Monitors. I'm hoping to get there input and questions I didn't thought about myself.

Field Of View (FOV) Question: Answer: (partly taken from this thread http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=17306&highlight=triplehead2go) Here an example: server.lua: A max view angel of 250 in the view.lua is more than sufficient for the most triplehead configurations. But keep in mind that I'm able to run LockOn in a max res of 6820px horizontal. (But this is not playable at a proper FPS anymore -I do it only for research and to take screen shots.) So I have to use this high value in the view.lua sometimes.

possible configuration in softth Question: answer: As far as I know th2go doesn't support Span modes vertical/horizontal. If you would like to have something similar you described in your post you have to go with SoftTh http://www.kegetys.net/SoftTH/ (and windowsXP). There you could configure the Middle screens in span mode - See previous Question - and run the below side monitors together with a 'virtual' TV monitor (force TV-detection in the Nvidia control panel) in span mode. But you need three graphic cards to do this. The two Secondary Cards can be weaker model - the rendering is done alone by the primary card. A example: A motherboard with built in graphics and only one PCI-E slot would be sufficient. You only have to get a PCI card you could plug in a PCI slot. -Than you have three graphic cards with 6VGA outputs on your system. Primary: Projector with with below Touchscreen in vertical span mode 1st and 2nd Secondary: 'Virtual' TV in vertical span mode with the right/left Sidescreen. You can do it also without the 'Virtual-TVs' but your sidescreens will be terrible squeezed vertical - because SoftTh renders the whole image from up to down in the side screens. This trick cuts the image in the middle without the need to have Two more screens. Insted of forcing TV-detection on you can of course use real TVs or monitors attached to your cards. Here is a simple diagram for visualization: And up to now ( 10-05-2008 ) I have no solution to get the upper left and right image together on the upper middle on. If you want the whole upper image you have to use three monitors/projectors. (I'm working on getting three projectors right now- I think this is the ultimate configuration for a Virtual cockpit: Three touchscreen below around you while having a 160 degree Projection at top of it.) Hi Ratgnagna, I answered your question already. I use a Velcro to strap the Throttle on the plate.

Citrus acid is always helpful. Harms no electric parts but is very aggressive to fats and other organic deposits. :)
