Have YOU emailed them and attached the vid???? Mate, remove the handles, undo the 4 screws on the base, remove the assembly and check......it's not hard! I guarantee they will send you replacement parts

Also disassembled mine about 2 weeks ago and added the Nyogel. I don't use the extension as mines bolted to the underside of my Taurus.

....and there's probably many who have no issues. Jump on to Discord, find the HOTAS/HOSAS/SIMPIT server and look for the WinWing sub channel. Shout out to Tony409 and see if he can help. Check my sig, not one problem in over 12mths of ownership

Look, my dude. I love WW products. You have NO IDEA what hoops I went through to get me a Taurus and PTO/PCR panels. I am not bashing on them. Not your dude mate!

Same here....WW Taurus, Libra and collective. Hopefully WW will bring a new collective grip out in the not too distant future

Pulled the Taurus case apart and drilled 4 holes that align with the WW chair mount. Bolted it on and mounted the channel with case nuts parallel to the Taurus. I also have a small stand under the Taurus for support.

Nope, in fact it feels better. Flew the 18 for over an hour last night without an issue.

Just put a thin smear of Nyogel on my collective base friction dampers.....absolutely nil sticktion.

Mounted my newly arrived collective to the Taurus using the WW mounts. Pretty easy.....removed throttle gear from Taurus case then bolted the WW chair mount to the bottom of the case. Doing it this way allowed me not bother with the collective extension. I also greased the friction dampers with some Nyogel grease.

Not at the moment. Rumour has it that WW will make this available when they push the major Simappro update.

My collective will arrive Mon or Tues next week. The first thing I'm going to do is apply a small smear of Nyogel to the dampener.

I'll re-phrase it.....An official ED Linux port isn't going to happen!

Have had my Taurus for 12mths attached to the WinWing mounts with no problems at all. I do have a small guitar foot rest located under the throttle to give it a bit more support.

You do realise that there is a dedicated sub Forum for WinWing?? Btw, a new update has arrived. Apply it then you'll be able to login

Just got word that the 'Login' issue wont be resolved till the 8th Oct....no one in the office due to holiday.
