I worked for Bristow in Nigeria for a few years ..... based outta Eket , little time spent in PH or Lagos , never went to Warri .

It does have a (212) mechanical sound inside the cockpit ...... mostly coming from the gearbox that's sitting behind your ear . The gearbox location for all Huey's is the same ......you should hear the noise with a broken engine mount with the tail rotor out of balance by 128 grams ..... and autorotate into a grass field ..... That'll put the wind up ya mate :)

Im an aircraft engineer ..... imagine the response I would get of my base engineer if I told him , its ready when its ready all the time . I try to give an over estimate and hopefully complete the job before I said I would . Any guesstimate when this mod will be released ..... it looks lovely ..... hope the hand repairs quickly , get the ground crew at it !!!

Come on here ..... you want a DCS quality F-15 and SU-27 for a song . These guys need money to pay their people to develop these add ons ..... Ill pay what their looking for 30 , 40 euro no worries ..... if I really want it .

I don't think anyone in here knows what a CAP is ..... us bombers keep getting shot down over the tgt area cuz our fighters are showing off someplace else . Cap should always be over tgt area , or close to respond , imo .

Its actually not that difficult ..... how quickly you remember stuff ..... your not going to learn this in a week ..... but will certainly be able to drop shit and have fun , the real hard stuff comes with time and experience of the sim itself . You learn something new , when you reach a point that you can do it properly you move on a notch ...... Im notchin every week , after a year ..... brilliant sim to buy ..... go , now :pilotfly:

My wind direction normally goes straight down into my seat cushion ..... no worries there mate !!!

Yeah , Ive had that issue too . Plus their pretty ineffective now . did a 3 sead flight a few days ago ..... 18 missiles launched with zero kills ..... pointless .

A mate of mine was a door gunner in Nam for a year ..... he managed ok , shot his own tail boom in a UH-1C ..... what the only A/C in the company to have 3 yellow tape x's in the tail boom ..... that's when they used bungee cords for the M60 . Flight time a lot more than 4 times a few too ..... he was based outta Bien Hoa with the 196AHC ..... Sparten's & Gladiator's , in 66 or 67 I think .
