  1. In a restricted external view server like 104th, if you press Ralt-J once, your plane continues flying with the AI and the camera view keeps floating in the sky. If you do that while in ramp, the view goes above the pilot and you cant return to the cockpit unless change the slot. pressing Ralt-J twice was the only way to make the SU-27 trim works in 1.5.4! Good test Darkfire, unless the variable LifeTime inside the missile_data.lua is set to 60, the ER missile should hit the target, you had lock all the time until 13:14, but the missile was fubar anyway. And if you notice you launched the missile at 52.5 km away, and even coming from above the missile could not reach 40 kms with a good speed!

  5. Someone posted a solution and it works, maybe give you a clue what is happening, was pressing Ralt-J twice (the key to change of aircraft), after that, the trim began working perfect, including the stick to trim.
  6. All launch were tested unguided in overwrite mode, the R-77 max speed was ok, reach 3.9982 mach (4301.4898 TAS), the problem with the R-77 is that began bleeding speed too quick while in transonic, and should be in subsonic!.
  7. I did the test many times with friends with the same conditions, we were flying at 10,000 MSL, 900 km/h, head to head with no change in speed and course, tha max speed of R-27ER was match 4.2, 4527.88 kph

Can someone post here a single page of a real R-27ER russian document (or translated/exported) contradicting the 4.5 mach that all analyst post in their web pages about the missile? in that case, I will take what you post for real!. AFAIK, the 65.5 km range is against a fighter size aircraft flying at your own altitude (in this case a maneuverable target), and for bigger aircrafts can kill at 90km

Reading what you post, mean that Russian scientists are dumb, they never discovered or built a decent wind tunnel and were coincidentally the first to reach the cosmos, and have the best rocket engines by sheer coincidence, they sent the more stupid guys for the military! ohhhh god!!! If the manufacturer say their missile reach 4.5 mach and +90km range is with the missile drag/weight already calculated!

  19. I posted the problem, is a bug, the aircraft is always trimming, try to clear the trim with CTRL-T and you will notice that the trim lights keep OFF and should be ON. I have everything OFF, FF, HOTAS at startup, Trim Force 0%, Shake 0%
  20. You have no problem with the trimming in the SU-27 beta? mine is impossible to fly
  21. You're right, the trim lights are out and the FM is not reacting, I pressed CTRL-T to clear the trim and the lights stay off, good point!

I have only one controller, the joystick G940 and the trim is not working in SU-27, I tried with keyboard, with HOTAS, with stick to trim, and nothing ... and I dont have double axis binding, simply is not working FF off HOTAS at startup .. off Trim Force 0% Shake 0% In fact the joys is working ok in everything but trim
