Same. TIR makes a huge difference for me. Try flying the Sabre and being able to track the enemy you just shot down fall all the way to the ground over your left shoulder. Once you get it setup right, it feels horrible to play without it. Saying that, there aren't THAT many games you can use it in. If you don't play DCS much, it probably isn't worth it unless you play any other flight sims / driving sims or Arma.

Thread needs to be moved for sure. Nukes should be in the game, but disabled in multiplayer by default. An option only server admins can turn on explicitly.

Hey all, I've recently got a copy of F-86 Sabre. Great jet. Easy to fly and lots of fun to throw around. Now for my question. Let's look at radio frequencies: We have the standard - so Batumi is on 131.000 Mhz. In the mission editor, it also has two more entries: 40.40 Mhz and 260.00 0Mhz 131.000 works for most DCS modules. 1) Which modules are the other two frequencies for? 2) If I were to put them into categories, how would I describe them? Standard: WW2: 'nam? 3) Finally, is there a list of these airbase frequencies somewhere, or do I need to check the in-game map? Thanks!

Check if it is working in Windows first. Look for 'game controllers' and check the input.

Run on a separate core?

This forum might be a good place to look, but to be honest most of it is a little advanced. Perhaps start by editing one of the missions already in the game? Sorry I can't be of more help. I'm sure some of the regulars will be able to give you some better advice.

From that text: Collision light should be active on ground UNLESS it is causing problems. AI follows that in DCS.

I have to admit, I still haven't tried it! I was always more interested in trying to make my own missions.

Hey Mad. You'd be welcome to tag along if it works with the mission. Our backup navigation system :) Number3 - if the mission is suitable for a few Mi-8s then I'm definitely interested.

Multiplayer cockpits would be great, however, I still think we have a bit of a wait before they hit. Troop drop and nav would be great, too. It might take a bit of time for me to finish a mission for the event, as I really don't get much time to make stuff recently. If anyone else fancies having a go.. The other option is to wait until I can get something done. Basically, I just wanna fly with some other Mi-8 pilots :)

I reckon it's about time for another Mi-8 event! Anyone fancy trying to get one together? I could try and get setup for the event that was canceled last time, or, if anyone has a mission they feel is ready, perhaps they could host / supply it? I can host a dedicated server and TS if required. Any interest?

Hope this is possible in the future. The ability to rearm and refuel ground units would also be of benefit.

Dead | Active stick would be the way to go. I want to be able to avoid g2a missiles.

If it's an easy switch on your system, give it a go. The game has a frame rate display.

Can't wait. Especially with the Mi-8 - Training other players. Recon. Managing weapon systems. Navigation... Really really want this.

Can weight be added in the ME? Surely this is an essential element for moving stuff about.
