By the way, this problem is still there. I have the newest drivers in the meantime, also trilinear optimization on/off made no difference. With the Huey and night missions when I go to external view I immediately get a black, yellow, white or some other color screen and have to do a computer reset. When staying in cockpit it lasts longer, sometimes I can even fly without the computer crashing. No DCS crash log... Hmm I guess it´s either save for a different card or daytime flying only... :-( edit: it´s not just the UN skin.

I got a question too and as I´m not sure where it should go I´ll just ask here: I can assign none of the new flare functions to my TM Warthog, neither the throttle nor the stick. It works fine for other devices like the TM MFD I have but in the Warthog´s column the fields for flare functions are greyed out. What could be wrong there ? I did delete the control assignment files after updating. Thank you, Wolf

Yeah great, 1.2.7 released and I´m grounded with my arm in a cast for a probably ruptured tendon. Not being able to fly is hard, but additionally knowing there´s a new version...aaaaargh...

Ok, I found out myself, thanks. Actually it´s pretty easy, at the very very very bottom left corner, "where noone has scrolled before" you can choose between english and russian.

Hi all, suddenly everything on the forum is russian/kyrillic for me, I don't know why. Hmm, wanted to play with a buddy, we both updated, now I can´t find his server anymore, not in the list and when joining direct to the ip it says "Verbindung unterbrochen (Connection Interrupted)" a split second after "searching for server". It worked before, the only thing changed is the new update. Restarting, rebooting, done everything, no joy... :-(

After spending a few days to learn the basics of my shiny new Warthog I tried this mission (mp version as sp) a few times yesterday and today, and it's just awesome. Extremely immersive with all those voice overs, that ambushed infantry unit gave me goosebumps ! Today I even managed to complete two assignments with pig flight and return home without a single round of ammo but also without a single scratch ! I had to use a maverick when the ambushed convoy took fire from the other side of the road too since I was out of gun ammo and rockets and everything else , thank god it took out all the bad guys :) Anyways, absolutely great mission, thank you very very much ! :thumbup:

You can actually delete the swastika right on the plane yourself, it´s in your neighbourhood at the http://www.luftfahrtmuseum-hannover.de/ in Laatzen :P

This time the download stopped at 41.6MB after 3 hours. Is there really no chance to get this elsewhere ?

As described in the book, they weren´t sitting in the chopper with feet dangling out but sitting on the skids.

Hi folks, some days ago, before I had DCS:A-10C I read in this subforum I believe about a mission someone made where you are on station somewhere in the A-10 and then get tasks from time to time somehow dynamic by JTACs if I remember correctly. I think it was mentioned that the mission was modeled after a book by a Hog driver in Afghanistan, but I'm not sure. I only quickly read over it as I didn't have the module at the time. Now that I bought the A-10 in the sale i'd like to try that as it really sounded great, but I can't for the life of me find the mission or the thread where it was mentioned. I think it might've been in some thread about the Huey or missions for it, as that was what I was mostly reading at the time. Any ideas what I mean and where I could find it ?
