I did a couple of flights with my best buddy, and I can tell you, the Gazelle is already a ton of fun. Yes, there are problems from time to time but it´s very well usable. I´m glad that I bought it, you should give it a look. Only thing I´m wishing for right now is that the left seater could work the Nadir, as that´s a hassle sometimes, reaching for the mouse while flying, and that the left seater could pilot it without those input delays.

Interesting: This made me smile a little:

Sukhois hurry up, the Tomcats are en route !
-
Wow, great update ! Amazing pictures ! Thanks LNS !

There´s an official press release out about this from the german "Bundesamt für Bevölkerungsschutz und Katastrophenhilfe" (Federal Agency for Civil Protection and Disaster Aid), recommending preparing with some supplies, battery-powered radios, flashlights etc... In german, obviously... http://www.bbk.bund.de/SharedDocs/Pressemitteilungen/BBK/DE/2015/Sonnenfinsternis.html

DCS: F-14A/A+/B by Heatblur Simulations coming to DCS World!
WolfK33 replied to Cobra847's topic in DCS: F-14A & B
YEEEEHAAAAAAAWW ! Finally the "cat" is out of the bag !!! Thank you LNS !!! I wonder what the small theatre will be ? How about "Fightertown, USA" so we can buzz the tower ? We need a radio menu item for that lol :D -
What the *beep* is that thing ?!? With that cockpit/nose-portion it looks like some WWII bomber-fuselage converted to a chopper by some evil genius comicbook-hollywood villain lol :shocking: This must be the most badass-looking transport helicopter I´ve ever seen. Now they just need to put some boomstuff on those wings... edit: Oh yeah, and +100000 for a Vietnam air war map and hardware !

Bell 47 confirmed !! YEAH! :D And whatever aircraft it is "5 o´clock Charly" was flying, it is confirmed too, lol. And it even has ground attack capabilities !
-

Wie geil ! :thumbup::thumbup:

Nice, including holidays that´s ok !
-
Nice, looks very good, although pretty pricey. How long did it take to arrive after ordering ? I feel with you about noone understanding your excitement at home. I always get looks from the wife like "yeah little boy, nice you like your toys" when talking about something like the Tomcat probably coming for DCS lol

Lol, very funny   ! I started watching without audio so as not to disturb the missus watching TV, but after a short while I just KNEW... :D

Connection interrupted on connect after server restart
WolfK33 replied to derammo's topic in Multiplayer Issues
My buddy and me have the same problem. Running the updater didn´t fix it. Scooternutz, may I ask what your very easy solution was ?!?? -
Yes, but if the L-39 brings this feature there will be at least one bird with multicrew, which is better than none, and as I understand it it will be the first one with this feature, so no multicrew for any aircraft before the L-39 has it. If I understood correctly.
-
As glad as I am that there´s still hope for 2.0 this year, as disappointed I am about the probable delay of the L-39. Not because of the bird itself but because IIRC it will bring "multicrew" with it, the feature I´m waiting for the most, even more than Edge. I was also hoping for a bit of new info about the Hornet, but all in all a good Newsletter.# edit: Oh, and great news abaout the additional airfields on the NTTR map. I´m glad that the statement "and this will not change" about the number of airfields was subject to change, just as everything is, lol

Yes, a7b3 is the key. I wanted to put in a link to the decoder I used (same as Chev255 posted) ,but I'm at work typing on my tiny phone with german T9-correction, combined that's a major pain in the a**...
-
So deciphered it reads "Calverton" , which is where Intruders, Prowlers, Hawkeyes and Tomcats were built ! Really nice one Cobra ! I had already run it through some online decoders, but they didn't have this one. I loved this thread, it was great fun and beat the hell out of hearing nothing. Those who didn't like it just could've opted to not read it and wait for official announcements. Well, thanks Cobra and Rudel for the hints and everybody else for playing ;-D

Phew, now it´s getting complicated. Anybody got an Enigma lying around ? Some CIA or NSA codebrakers in the community ?:helpsmilie::D edit: Maybe his (tom-)cat walked over the keyboard

Lol, I know moments like this enough myself ;)
