In my experience, the only solution for this is to fly together with a monitor user. I can spot the planes first, and the monitor buddy can identify it.

I'm flying the Dora almost exclusively for the last 3 months and didn't notice any changes. Haven't noticed any problems during take-off or landings.

In den Optionen gibt es die Einstellung "Vögel" mit der ein Vogelschlag simuliert werden soll. Falls du die Einstellung auf 100 stehen hast kann es regelmäßig zu Triebwerksausfällen kommen wenn du sehr niedrig fliegst.
