From what I know regarding the engine only: 1 - 1500RPM 2 - Fuel booster off 3 - Mixture idle cutoff 4 - Slowly advance throttle when RPM falls below 700. Advancing throttle above 700RPM may cause backfires.

For your information: I have 20-24 FPS (that is enough for a smooth look) with the following set-up: -i3 sandybridge at 3.3Ghz -HD5670 passive -4GB Ram -A harddisk running at 5400 rpm -Win 7 64bit And it's just fine on medium settings.

Anyone here who knows how to remove the dust effect from rotor wash? It turns flying low in the Ka-50 into a slideshow.

But you should be warned when the T90's laser operates in rangefinding mode. The guidance mode indicator may not light up. (although it does light up when a vikhr is incoming. Doesnt make sense then...)

Not able to test right now but I'm curious: Did they fix this minor issue? Or is this heading towards one of those ever-lasting bugs like no HEI rounds impact sounds or the crazy Shkval ?

Am I the only one having zero issues with VRS? I've had VRS only once in hundreds of transitions from FF to hover and I knew what went wrong. Make sure you add collective in time. I already add collective while still pitching up to slow down. Then when I approach zero speed I quickly add enough collective for a hover in ground effect. It's like the Black Sharks trimming problems without an FFB stick that everyone seems to have. But I will never find out what the H the problem is.

Free? If ED asks $20 for FC3 fidelity jets with the addition of AFM then you could at least ask $30 for this!
