That would be cool but I'd be happy with just some slight improvements to the FC3 aircraft. For example, any cockpit elements that have functions should be animated. For example, I was flying the A-10A the other day and noticed that even when I engage the autopilot, the physical autopilot switch stays in the off position. Just kills immersion a little bit.

Can't really give you any specifics but there are definitely terrain and distance limitations. If you're trying to get a signal from over 100 nm, it might be iffy. You'd have to experiment. Edit: scratch that. I just tried Nevada and I was able to tune in to a TACAN over 300 nm out. So most likely terrain is the biggest issue.

I believe the correct functionality is that you can select all 4 stations but only drop 2 at a time. This isn't currently working at the moment. The devs have acknowledged it. But when it is working, you should be able to drop all 4 in 2 quick button presses.

There should be text and audio. Have you tried a DCS repair?

I think because the primary users like Chile and Honduras don't have TACAN stations. Jordan, though, would have more use for TACAN equipment I would think.

Good question. It definitely works when you tune into the VORTACs TACAN channel. But when you tune into the actually frequency (ex. 116.3 MHz for channel 110X), you only get directional info in the EB. For the CC, you get direction and distance. Wonder if it's a bug.

VOR with DME isn't modelled in DCS World for any module unfortunately (even though there are a handful of stations on the maps). The only time you can get DME info is with a TACAN station or a VORTAC station.

Hi. It's actually the opposite. When the nose goes up, it is negatively trimmed or tail heavy. When it goes down, it is positively trimmed or nose heavy. I don't see a discrepancy between the front and rear indicators.

How have the cockpit textures changed in the latest patch?

IMO, there are just a few bittily things that could be improved with the textures. But, ya, get the bigger stuff out of the way. Maybe as you learn new techniques with the Mirage, you can apply them to the C-101. Just my cent and a half.
