There are meaningful ways to give criticism on flight model behaviour. This is not one of them.

Sorry about that... I found out that there was a specific switch for the Fire test, which is independent of the Fuel Tanks Test switch. Not a bug, user error.
-
Hello again, I've noticed that while holding the left panel LAMP TEST button, the Fuel Tank lights illuminate correctly but the Fire Light does not illuminate. The bug is apparent in the current build. You can also see it in the tutorial at the 4:10 mark.

Hello Razbam, I've noticed that the Pneumatic Air Valve (left side of the cockpit behind the throttle) keeps rotating for as long as you scroll the mousewheel... going further than the physical limit of the valve. The solution is probably adding an argument limit on the rotation of the valve. Currently, once it reaches the fully open/fully closed position, you can still rotate it and the cap just resets to the initial valve position. I can provide a video if my explanation isn't clear enough. :S

Is there a possibility to overuse the afterburners in the MiG-19, and potentially damage the engines by doing so? The MiG-21's engine is quite fragile when it comes to the last afterburning stage.

Hello gents, I've started to fly the MiG a bit and I tried to observe some of the aerodynamic behaviour described in this article: https://hushkit.net/2017/10/30/flying-and-fighting-in-the-mig-19-in-conversation-with-wg-cdr-irfan-masum-part-1/ I've haven't really observed any snapping out during hard turns at low speed... as I pull the stick, the aircraft just appears to stall instead of snapping. This snapping behaviour is quite apparent in the MiG-15. Am I the only one observing this or I am doing something wrong? I also haven't noticed transonic speeds to be very rough to ride through. Will the adverse yaw tuning and transonic speed tuning be part of the FM tuning update? Keep up the good work... the MiG is a great plane and I hope you guys at Razbam can bring it even closer to the real thing. :)

Running into the same issue... I hope it's fixed quickly... because it's super annoying. :(

Because you don't find it interesting doesn't mean everyone thinks the same. Is the Super Sabre anything close to the Sabre? No sir. The MiG-15 and MiG-19 may look similar but they are nowhere near identical. You're comparing a sub-sonic aircraft with a supersonic one, which is a whole different ball game when it comes to aerodynamics. The cockpits may look similar, but once again they are much different under the hood. For me, the MiG-19 fills a gap in a period in aviation where designs were still experimental and aircraft were temperamental to the point where pilots died on a regular basis just flying them. Among the interceptor speed craze of the 60's, the Farmer in itself is an interesting concept: use the manoeuverability of a MiG-15 and add supersonic capabilities with afterburning engines. The Americans learned the hard way in Vietnam that the MiG-17 could still bite after all. So... for me, the MiG-19 is a completely unique product and I am eager to get some stick time in it.

Any progress on this? The Yak needs some love!

The engine starter is pneumatic, which means it requires air pressure. Air pressure in the canister is expended by doing multiple engine starts and operating the flaps and landing gear. When you can't restart the aircraft, what's the air pressure indication you have?

I'm going nuts over here... I tried in the Caucasus map to set a VOR in the C-101CC and C-101EB. Is it normal that I'm not getting any distance information? With the TACAN-to-VOR chart I get a proper distance reading, but not with VORs at all. Is it a bug or a feature?

I'll have to update the procedure... I believe that information came from one of xxJohnxx's videos IIRC, which date back to the module's initial release... waaay before Heatblur updated their manual in the recent months. Are the radar ranging and target movement the only things that need to be changed?

Mudspike Preview (contains lots of screens and a few videos)

Unfortunately no. Content creators like Heatblur, Jabbers and Magz will probably do a much better job than I ever could. -
It depends. See this thread: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=111058 If you just use the fuel cutoff (T handle) switch, the only thing it does is that it cuts fuel and shuts the engine down, possibly snuffing out the fire. However, you may also have to use the extinguishing agent if the fire isn't put out by the T handle alone. In that case, you can't really restart the engine since it's full of that foamy chemical extinguisher agent.

It's a bit maddening to see instruments like the ADF not functional after all these months.
-
Oulà... ça en fait du papier!
-
It's quite possible. Last time I touched it was 2016, so things may very well have changed since then. I'll look into it in a few weeks when I come back home.

Thanks for the comments everyone. I know this format of preview isn't for everyone (youtube ideos usually get higher visibility), but I'm happy to see some of you found it interesting. -
At the moment they're not physical objects... the only module that has a GPU model is the C-101 IIRC. All other modules have invisible GPU and air carts.

Could've been a mistake on my part. Apologies. -
GND takes around 4 minutes, while CV takes around 2 minutes.
