  1. I have the same issue. Posted video in multiple threads- crickets. So hoping someone can weigh in.
  2. Had this posted in another thread but hoping someone can spot a problem with my startup resulting in some unexpected issues with the wing sweep... I am setting the sweep lever fully forward, pushing down, closing cover and hitting the reset but for whatever reason it doesn't seem to take. Any ideas? Wing sweep portion is about 2:15. :joystick: Thanks in advance.
  3. Eh guys... every time I move the wing sweep lever and drop it into place the wings return to full sweep- I verify switch to auto, hit the master reset... etc. I know my startup is all over the place for now... I'm mostly just trying to get it to the sweep portion. Any help is appreciated. Actual wing sweep is at about 2:15 mark. Not sure what the trick is to linking to youtube videos... but using the youtube video function here doesn't seem to work (for me)- sorry.
  4. VF-84 from the final countdown... granted with the F-14A. If they'd had the B version back then the movie would have been 16 seconds shorter.
  5. With the return of the Tomcat I’m back to try and create some new and Immersive missions for it as well as some of the new content. Many of you will remember having helped me in the past with the patience of saints and I want to apologize in advance for any question I ask for which I looked for an existing answer and didn’t find one. Excited to get back at it, again and I thank everyone in advance for their help!
  6. I'll put these where they belong... Please delete.
  7. Isn’t that the turth.
  8. I will pay money if someone can do a B tomcat in the final countdown paint- gull grey over white VF84 high viz...pm me if interested.
  9. A surprisingly clumsy mistake but certainly one that will get fixed quickly and painlessly.
  10. U.S.S George Washinton. I edited the photo so it's easier to see... on my screen it was clear but in the attached image it wasn't. And I probably should have put this in the F14 section. Frick I am such a noob now.
  11. Yeah I just came in looking for the same... Not sure if there are 50000 threads on this yet since I just came in but... if there is then sorry.
  12. Next time you guys set up an online order, and send a receipt for confirmation with assurances the key will follow up- tell us who the email is coming from so we know what to look for. Squeeze and Spank you.
  13. Sorry for another dumb question but here I am... Which version of DCS are we talking about? 2.5? I've been out of touch for awhile- sorry.
  14. Thanks guys... it's coming along very slowly. You wouldn't think it would be hard to paint greyish colours but it's been a real challenge for her. I'll post an update shortly.
  15. Just to be clear- hope I wasn't misleading. I was much more active when those original paintings were done so a lot of the guys in the community knew the story. My wife is a little hippie who happens to be really good at painting aircraft. That A-10 is actually the front of our 2 car garage and is 13 feet long by 8 feet high! That one took her about 85 hours or so to complete. I don't recall the timing on the smaller versions- probably around 24-36 hours... depends on the complexity. She (callsign Sweetest) started it a couple years ago but then it slid out of view for awhile. She's promised to get it done for me in the next couple months- I'm hoping it will line up with the release of the F-14 module!
  16. Take a look at the bottom link in my signature for more examples of military aviation art. An A-10, F-16, F-4 and F-18E! My wife is the artist and as you can imagine I'm very proud of her so happy to show her stuff off! Getting psyched for the tomcat module. So psyched. :pilotfly:
  17. It's SLMOD... that's a separate application that was made by SPEED and helps to moderate servers. I don't recall a bunch about it in terms of configuring open messages- but that's what it is. You can find references to it through the mission editors corner. I think Grimes was the last person to have his hands in it- I don't think Speed is active anymore :( It was / is a great way for guys who are relatively entry level to moderate their servers with some automated processes. (whoops, just read your ps)
  18. Any chance you've used the prepare mission feature in the ME?
  19. I can't look at miz file right this second but any chance it's a reaction to threat issue or something? I'll stick my head into it in an hour but thinking out loud.
  20. Just go by unit but even still "group" can still apply to a single unit- as per the group name. Pilot- unit. You can set up different zones around the waypoint. Run once unit in zone (choose unit) and then I believe play sound or something to that effect is in actions.
  21. Flight control and his magic fingers!
  22. I recall setting small explosions with a trigger- took some testing to force an ejection and didn't completely destroy the aircraft though.
