  1. Just got mine #95, works like a charm!!! Thanks Delta!
  2. if thats the case, then its game on!! thanks
  3. I'm torn... All I really fly is the F-18, but it looks like that has at least 2 fewer buttons than the warthog stick... possibly 3 if the "thumb weapon select" hat is not 4+1 and only a 4.
  4. no worries, i cant really complain, this is by far the best multiplayer utility and should be a part of the game
  5. it looks like the 1.5.3.2 client.cfg is not compatible with 1.5.3.3 removing it stops the crash
  6. 1.5.3.3 fails to start / crashes on start after install... removed srs and installed ... still crash reverted back to 1.5.3.2 works fine... SR-ClientRadio will start from the extracted download but not from the installed folder location from the clientlog: 2018-07-28 16:59:47.1418 | DCS_SR_Client.App | Received unhandled exception, exiting System.Windows.Markup.XamlParseException: The invocation of the constructor on type 'Ciribob.DCS.SimpleRadio.Standalone.Client.UI.MainWindow' that matches the specified binding constraints threw an exception. ---> SharpConfig.SettingValueCastException: Failed to convert value '' to type System.Boolean. ---> SharpConfig.SettingValueCastException: Failed to convert value '' to type System.Boolean. at SharpConfig.BoolStringConverter.ConvertFromString(String value, Type hint) at SharpConfig.Setting.CreateObjectFromString(String value, Type dstType) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---
  7. damn... down payment on a house or... decisions, decisions...
  8. "Next month we plan to bring the AIM-120 and AIM-9X to DCS: F/A-18C! As you can see, the Hornet can carry a lot of hurt." - DCS World by Eagle Dynamics Facebook Page
  9. would be nice if 1 Aug we got this update...
  10. Been like that forever, I think the detents are not an (On)/(Off) but are a (Momentary-On) always (Off) button or something like that... I just set the throttles to idle before I start the mission and then move them to off when the mission starts.
  11. That's a question a lot of us are asking and wondering...
  12. did this just start to happen recently / did it work before last patch (18 Jul)... if so, did you completely remap your keybindings or are you using the prior to last patch. If you are using the one from last patch, you should do this user fix: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=216121&page=10 If this doesn't work, I would recommend deleting the lua for your throttle and remap all the keys.
  13. I searched for this and looked through several pages and I have not seen anyone report this yet. Not that this is a big issue but something I've noticed a lot while flying. When Gear is Down and Flaps are set to Auto, the Gear Handle and Flaps Switch visually clip slightly.
  14. Is it only the F-18 module that this is happening on? Have you tried it on the SU-25 or TF-51? I've wish I could help more but this is a new one for me... Not that this should matter, but is the keyboard plugged into the mother board and not an external USB?
  15. Are you using the Warthog? Are you using a button detent for Idel and Cut off? If either are true, make sure you are binding that key/throttle to "Throttle (Left or Right) - OFF/IDLE" and not just OFF or IDLE
  16. I biggest issue I noticed last night trying to link up at night for a case III in VR was, it was impossible to tell the difference between an F-18 with all external lights on and the stars in the background. All the external lights on the hornet blended together and I was completely unable to distinguish any position lights / formation lights or strobe lights until I was within 500 meters. Even when using NVGs, there was no visible illumination flash from the strobe light. Having used NODs extensively in in the field and in Iraq, I know that even the ambient reflections from a strobe are blinding at times and there should be a very bright reflection flash coming off the left side of the hornet.
  17. Kola/Ripper thanks for the great flights tonight hopefully next time my connection wont drop me from the server! -KevinDD
  18. No worries. Thank you :book: :smilewink:
  19. I was about to update and saw this... if you update and rebind all the key does it save? I haven't read through the 8 pages.... yet
  20. Thrustmaster NEW TPR rudder pedals - Exclusive hands on look
  21. Don't get me wrong, I like the idea, and I like where it's going... but I am a person who needs the tangible feeling of a switch/button. Also, being able to know where a switch/button and being able to hit it without taking my eyes off the HUD like setting gear down/hook/flaps/fuel probe... etc is not something possible with the current generation of motion controllers, touch pads, and captoglove... they all require you so look at the object you want to press or have it at least in your field of view or else you might think you are putting the gear down but you are actually about to jett your canopy.
  22. No I do not and I do not have any plans to get it
  23. Han, right they are modeled after the F16s at (5 1/2 in - 14 cm) but the measurements I've seen of the F18s DDIs are closer to (6 1/4 to 6 3/8 in - 15.8 to 16.2 cm ) and the AMPCD closer to (7 1/2 to 7 3/4 in - 19 to 19.6 cm)
