Please tell me how you accumulated 110$ Bonus points without spending some… I own every module and was barely able to spend all of my points since you can only spend a fixed amount. Knowing that this points will expire in the old system I can't imagine how you could be able to accomplish this :music_whistling: If you forgot it during every checkout maybe? Even in the old system the bonus expired if it was not used. The times were 4 planes were released per year are long gone so everybody should have been aware to get rid of his/her bonus points. I personally see no problem and it is a big miracle to me how people can sum up these values knowing that they can only spend 20-30% of a new module price in bonus currency. It was never meant (until the current rework) to pay a whole module with bonus Points...

I suppose that we will have to wait at least until Wednesday. Two of my two friends playing DCS share the same experience. The original joystick layout was partially crashed, assigning axis disable the stick axis in DCS until a restart.

Being childish and unpolite will get you the working aircraft? I'm excited to see that day :music_whistling:

Same issue here, I first thought my stick is broken

Guys get it finally, it is completely uninteresting how you feel the aircraft is behaving or what some memoirs of a pilot tell you. If Razbam fixes it that it matches the RL diagrams it is done correct, point!

I would also like to know something. During DYK precision mode (set to ANF) and using a popup point I get no steering Information on the HUD for the popup Point, only for the target. This is different from the PLAN mode where you are guided to the P-Point and then the symbology switches to the real target. Is this intended?

Feel free to go and build your own sim thousand times better than DCS

release on both then beta and stable staggared?
FSKRipper replied to Commandosolo's topic in DCS: F-14A & B
Come on guys, there must be an advantage for the beta people playing the test bunnies :smilewink: Seriously, don't expect a stable release at the start, ED releases every module to the beta branch first. -
I would say +1 but there should also be the option for the ships to go radar silent

Good point. Remember this one also. Wasn't funnier from the sea side and seems to be half a life ago...

Sorry, I meant it especially for the Bundewehr and more in Eldurs direction:) They were able and allowed to defend themselves with all assets in place. Nobody had to radio back for instructions in case of self defense during both, land and boarding operations. But a great example how to spread fake News

Not sure which time period you guys mean but back in 1999 this was not the case. A lot of exxageration but stories get more exotic each time they are told... There was a famous video from that time on the net where a car with two people try to breach through a german checkpoint.

What I have seen is that you still dropped out of optimal parameters with a break X. May I suggest something? Can you: 1. upload the Mission 2. try your runs at 500kts and 300-500ft Level flight with no wind? 3. the same as above with wind enabled? We could than compare...

You couldn't find a better way to get started on these forums

The swedish scythe has at least an ELINT pod to do so. Photo recce would need a more advanced multiplayer campaign IMO. No? I think they didn't followed your recommendation: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Harrier_Jump_Jet_family_losses

Oh I'm fully aware of it. I only posted my findings because 2 or 3 mates in this thread seem to nearly experience a departure from controlled flight when dropping a bomb (see page 1&2 or even the citation in the post above this one) and see this as the most serious FM issue.
-
+1 Regarding the asymetric load I would support this finding. Flying 450 kts and dropping a 500lb bomb is barely noticable. People saying the Harrier almost stalls when pickling a bomb overdo things way too much. Dropping a 2000 pounder at 200kts is another story but I would doubt any real Harrier pilot tried this and can tell about it.

What I've been trying to tell you is that you'd probably get an answer from an ED official earlier/at all if you'd asked nicely. Instead you complained about the existing model and what's even better, tried to explain to them what the only right way is to do their job properly. That garnished with a furious smiley is the most easy way to get ignored by any professional (unlike us who answered you).

:megalol::megalol::megalol: Mate, if you got no other problems upsetting you, you must be a very lucky man  But maybe ED will follow your advice. Or was it an order?

You guys have really good and strong arguments. I don't know how ED separates his business between the divisions. From other companies (which I can't name here but one some of you know from tank tims e.g.) working in armed forces contracts I know however that the civilian (our) part is only some kind of add on for the nerds (3rd party devs not included). They fully rely on their military contracts and get 95% of their money from them. The sim part for us is only a nice gesture to make real fans happy. This said you guys should remember that ED is also active in this field and not at every single moment all attention is focused on the development of feature X or the removal of bug Y. As you may have seen a lot of people are beating on the 3rd party devs (could call 4-6 names but why... :music_whistling:). The same is true for bugs in ED/BST modules or left out features as you may have noticed. Only one example, take a look in the F5 bug forum. Some bugs are not even acknowledged after months of existance and proof by screenshots… Funny that only Raz or the other ones get hurt by the pitchforks  There is no golden way and since only ED knows the exact numbers and is in bussiness for 25 years we should accept their bussiness model and refrain from polls, brilliant new ideas or threats and let them do what they can best, produce the best flight sim modules on the public market.
