You can't change the movement keys from WASD, that's a deal breaker for me. :(

With high visibility mod you have to select the "Visibility Range" after deactivation of the mod / DCS-repair. Check the options, probably your visibility-range setting will be "empty". :)

Can't you put all those skins in a JSGME ready folder?

For the slew, with my TM Hotas I only use the default axis tuning and the solution from the second post in this thread: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=82473 In the Hog I turn it to the lowest setting (0.1)

Still nothing? Leatherneck please.. A simple rotary left/right switch for the weapon selector was requested at day one. This is not up for discussion, the MiG-21 is halfway done in my eyes. Clickable cockpit is fine and dandy, but there is stuff that gotta be bindable to HOTAS systems. I know for a fact many pilots are very annoyed by this, could you please speak up?

I believe the problem with this thinking is that you leave out the many people who would never buy a product at full price but would do so at a disccount. As was said before here sales figures that we know from companys actually support this. As somebody from the Steam crowd who follows the DCS-Steam Forums I assure you: People are mad about these sales and there is a very big & vocal part of the (potential)customer base that frequently will ask & even demand sales or they won't buy. :) Most people that I personally know that bought DCS did so on some sale, and I honestly wouldn't know how to get somebody into DCS if they have to pay PMDG prices. (I wouldn't even consider buying it) edit: This would probably change if maybe I could let another player (who doesn't own the Tomcat) into my cockpit, a very high price there would be acceptable for me and I am confident that way people would have a better time getting friends into DCS.

It will be an balancing issue, lot's of people fly exclusively one plane. If you don't have a Radar and are not 100% sure somebody is an enemy - you don't shoot! Simple as that. In the same vein, a Blue F-15C, locking & following an Blue A-10C can't whine if that poor dude plants 4 Aim-9's into him. I repeat, Teamkills are 90% people being dumb, the other 10% is a Fox 3 / 2 tracking the wrong guy. :)

Hey IFF is done via radar, if some plane without radar shoot's you down without IFF it's not your fault but his. (and you can report to admins if it happens frequently) Russian vs American planes sucks in DCS (modern) and not many would want to fly such a mission.

I just went and checked this with open beta(stand alone) and it worked. :/ The Steam version seems to be the culprit here..

I checked the regedit entry and it looks fine too. Screen + export.lua from "C:\Users\Apo\Saved Games\DCS\Scripts" attached. Edit: Also attached export.lua connect screen. edit2: Just seeing on the regedit screen: "C:\Program Files\AriesWings\\RadarEnvironment" is that normal? Export.lua

We are getting closer, as I wrote in my mail, there is no logfile under DCS World\AriesWings\logs\AriesAirborneRadio_log.html.. I guess you will be wanting install logs next? :D

While Gossipbox works now, the normal Aries is on strike with me. :) I can't get it to show me in TS3 as ingame, no matter what I do, Aries remains 'OffGame' and 'No active frequency set'. What I tried: -Repair with Admin rights -Uninstall with Admin rights -Reinstall with Admin rights (I thought maybe I had first installed it without admin rights after my gossipbox fumble..) -Checked export.lua -checked TS3 Admin rights + Plugin activated, it says export.lua is connected Anyone got an idea what I am doing wrong? On a side node, I have installed the DCS Standalone into my steam folder to fool Steam into thinking it is Steam-DCS. :D Could that cause trouble? (The path was already correct in the setup)

Was für missionen genau? Soetwas ist mir mit mehreren modulen schon öfters zwischen updates passiert, wenn man die alten missionen nicht in der neuen version neu gespeichert hat.

Not to be the pessimist but they might simply not have that feature ready, or ready to show just yet. :/ But hey ED, if you can already show it, this will be an early christmas! =)
