  5. Quick See Through(PC mode is turned off by default and needs to be turned on in PimaxPlay): Added quick See Through functionality to PC and AIO modes. Users can tap the sides of the headset to switch between VR and the real world. Safety Zone Settings in PC Mode: Added safety zone settings to PC inside-out and Lighthouse modes. Users can use quick safety zone settings or custom safety zone settings to set a reasonable gaming space. In-Game Safety Zone: Added in-game safety zone mode in PC mode. No matter whether the headset or the controller approaches the safety zone fence, the safety zone will appear, reminding users to play safely. PimaxPlay: 4.1 Forced 1/2 Frame-rate Lock: Added forced 1/2 frame-rate lock to PimaxPlay. When this feature is enabled, if the game can achieve a frame rate of more than 1/2 of the current refresh rate, the software will be forced to lock at 1/2 frame rate and perform interpolation, allowing users to experience a full frame. 4.2 Keyboard Shortcut to Switch See Through: Added the ability to switch See Through using keyboard shortcuts to PimaxPlay. Users can switch freely using custom keyboard shortcuts. 4.3 Optimized Newbie Guide: Optimized the Crystal newbie guide. Newbie users can follow the steps in the newbie guide to connect the headset correctly. 4.4 The Tobii eye tracking automatic save calibration results. AIO Mode Optimizations 5.1 Game Interface Optimization: Visually optimized the VR lobby and fixed the problems of jagged edges and unclear text. 5.2 Added Folder Management Entry: Added folder management functionality to the file manager. Users can connect the headset to a PC via a Type-C cable, transfer videos and APKs from the PC to the headset’s internal memory, and then find the imported content through the folder management entry to install APKs and experience content. 5.3 Added Power Off Button to Quick Menu: Added a power off button to the quick menu. Users can use this button to power off the headset. 5.4 Support for Large FOV Lenses: Added a large FOV option to the lens type. 5.5 Optimized the issue of flickering in 2D applications Controller Optimizations 6.1 Modified Controller Pairing Buttons: The controller pairing combination has been changed to Menu+B key for the right controller and Menu+Y key for the left controller. This modification prevents the controller from entering pairing mode and losing the controller when two nearby keys on the controller are pressed simultaneously during gameplay. 6.2 Optimized Controller OTA Process: Optimized the controller OTA process. Improved Auto-Off Logic: Improved the logic for the headset to automatically turn off. Fixed the problem of the headset suddenly turning off when used in PC and AIO modes. 7. Optimise screen-off logic Optimised the logic of the headset automatically turning off the screen, and fixed the problem that the screen would suddenly turn off when used in PC and All-in-One mode.   10. MSAA seems broken in 2.9, at least for me. Shimmering and bad aliasing are present when using MSAA x4. I switched to DLAA in MT version and not only is the AA hugely better, the loading of textures is faster et cetera. No idea what MSAA is right now but it doesn’t seem to work correctly.

  13. @Flappie After latest patch the above problem is still present. Same mission, same test methods.
  14. Playing latest patch and applied all the fixes suggested (disable parked cores) and tried MT version again. Deleted FXO and metashaders first after patching and hopped in a MP server. Loading still takes forever...... absolute horror loading times. But then the most disturbing stuff and pay attention to my settings and the LOD on different distances. Even at closer range (2nd picture the alliasing is horrifying How is this possible?
  15. Same for me… no idea what’s going on. I wouldn’t say 10 minutes but a few minutes just to get into a server + the slow loading textures ingame is really not enjoyable
  16. Apparently it seems that this is a Intel i9 11+ series problem. I think @BIGNEWY stated that somewhere, cant really remember
  17. I can confirm this is a serious issue at this day. Was driving me nuts and thinking something is wrong with my pc. Apparently its a wider problem, especially Multiplayer servers are so bad loading up textures and getting in right now. Its almost unplayable combined with the latest issues (stuttering/freezing).
  18. I tried the parked core thing but even though the freezes/stuttering became less its still very present in MT. For some reason the graphics,textures, missions (MP) take so long to load in nowadays. The last few updates feel like a step back somehow performance wise Even though my hardware is more then efficient : Core I9 12900K - 64GB DDR4 - RTX4090 - NVMe Corsair MP600 4TB

  21. @Flappie Alright i found out whats causing the sky colors and the black flickering screens to happen. I ran the same mission and settings over and over again now. Scenario 1 F-16 cold and dark Loadout 6xAGM-65D 2xGBU12 2xAIM9 2xAIM120 1xTGP Startup aircraft - no problem Turning on TGP and show on MFD - no problem Turning on AGM-65D and show on MFD - Sky color goes weird and black flickering starts Scenario 2 F-16 cold and dark Loadout 6xAGM-65H 2xGBU12 2xAIM9 2xAIM120 1xTGP Startup aircraft - no problem Turning on TGP and show on MFD - no problem Turning on AGM-65H and show on MFD - no problem Scenario 3 F-16 cold and dark Loadout 3xAGM-65H 3xAGM-65D 2xGBU12 2xAIM9 2xAIM120 1xTGP Startup aircraft - no problem Turning on TGP and show on MFD - no problem Turning on AGM-65H and show on MFD - no problem Turning on AGM-65D and show on MFD - Sky color goes weird and black flickering starts So there lies your problem right now, something is very wrong with the displaying of the AGM-65D sensor camera. It not only causes the sky colors to go corrupted but in my case also cause black flickering all over the screen. Sensor camera and new lightning / shadow technique maybe buggy? something to investigate and hotfix i hope. At least i can play for now with MAV H models without going insane.
  22. @Flappie Sky textures are still a problem for me even after switching to MSAA from DLAA. Turned SSS off still the same problem but the weird thing is i know what is causing the black flickering screens now... so i narrowed down at least one problem. HQ and 4K is still uploading but here you can already see the switching between AA to AG and back to AA. When switching to AG mode and having TGP and MAV weapon screen active the black flickering begins. When switching back to AA mode the black flickering stops. Something tells me its a MAV weapon screen problem because just like the earlier video i posted TGP was already on and caused no flickering but the flickering starts when the MAV's (D's havent tried other variants) are warmed up and the sensor camera turns on.
