  1. ^^well before you didnt need the whobble pump at all...dont know about open beta version though...
  2. ^^thats good to hear...but you can add those at a later point...and just release it now for what its worth. :)
  3. will need to test this, but thank you so much my old friend!rep inbound!
  4. well, i told my guys that this will happen at one point, but i didnt expect it happen already. i always said it would be insane to not include parts of southern england, as there would be so much potential lost, so i was convinced it will happen...that we already see it included is a good surprise though... i wonder, if all of southern england is low res, or if there are already more detailed areas...anyway, im really looking forward to fight spits over the channel yet another time! great memories, and much to look forward to!lets hope they meet their deadline, Q1. EDIT: thinking about it,....i know its not me to decide, but still i think it would be time for some streams of the map by wags like he did with nevada ;)
  5. well, would i want a G14? definitely! any new 109 version would be appreciated...heck i would want a 109 F4 most, and fly it in the current environment... it wouldnt change a thing though about people whinging. and it seems a new P51, higher boost, and not even the spit mk ivx will change that... and its not as if people go on the forums and complain about the actual strenghts and shortcomings of either aircraft, but some of them really make things up...some funny comments i have seen lately, like "109 is more agile than p51", "p51 diving slower than 109", "rolling slower than 109", "109 with lost wing burns and flies home"(as if that doesnt go for all aircraft, yes your p51 as well) , and my absolute favorite "allied planes stand no chance against 109".... yes, more versions, and earlier 109 models would be awesome, and yes give them their boost, yes give them their mkivx, yes give the mkix 25lbs boost... (funny thing is, if people then dare to say that C3 would be a logical addition as well, they get jumped) all this will not change those lopsided comments and whingers, not even if the one side will have to fly this: what i really wonder for a couple of years now already is, why the term Luftwhiner came up, but no similar term for the "allied" unhappy. looking at it frankly, there are as many threads and complaints from them, not only on this forum, not only in this sim...
  6. ^^all these suggestions are only partially true, as those incidents just increase the probability of getting a corrupt track...but fact is, that you still get broken tracks even if you have no dynamic weather, no wind, never touch the grass and so on...the whole system is bugged, and it seems as long as they dont make significant changes of how the tracks are working, we will have this problem, no matter how you behave during a mission or how its set up...
  7. yes, dcs seems to have implemented the forces weaker than in other "sims". what i would love is to actually feel some stiffening on the stick if you go really fast, and become conitinously weaker the lower the airspeed gets...but in dcs its the forces are pretty much at their max level at i guess 300kph...there is a file located under dcs/config/ called contactor.cfg, where you actually can adjust the ffb slightly...but unfortunately, i was not able to generally increase the forces...would be interesting whether there are some other files we could adjust to make ffb even better.
  8. ich glaube in dcs 1.5x funktioniert das nicht, während es in dcs 2.0 bereits implementiert ist...kann aber auch falsch liegen und eventuell haben sie das mittlerweile auch in 1.5x implementiert...
  9. so basically, people who have a ffb stick will not be able to fly your modules. that goes for all modules, but especially when its about the warbirds, i dont think you do yourself a favour with "ignoring" this minority. i cannot imagine missing out on that feature, which should be a dcs standard, fares well for VEAO's reputation. imho
  10. new modules attract new players...about the teamkilling which really increased drastically lately,...i think, it could be possible, that the increase of VR users also could be at least partially the root for this problem...they see a dot, but cant identify it...at least thats what i hear from VR users...i myself dont have a rift.
  11. yes, that was the first thing i tried in nevada...:)tbh, tree collision is the one feature im most looking forward to in regards of Normandy
  12. oh,...that sounds interesting...any chance you could give an example?
  13. ffb works in current version.probably your stick Kwiatek...anyway to become on-topic again,...what i would also love to see is a more pronounced shift in force dependent on the airspeed...right now you reach the max forces at very low speeds already...
  14. ich bin gestern abend mit meinem mod endlich fertig geworden...bin wirklich zufrieden.
  15. very likely not helpful, but shouldnt the drivers be pnp?for ch-control manager,...i run v.4.55...dont know whether this is the most recent one, but its working just fine
  16. work is finished. made a very brief test flight yesterday evening, and i'm already sure the effort was worth it:thumbup: https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=3024041&postcount=101
  17. lol, i wish i had a proper dremel....i better dont even say what "tools" i used to make it fit...
  19. ok...extension fits onto the sidewinder shaft..now i need to make sure it also fits onto the ch-grip...
  20. quick update...sidewinder grip is removed, and axis tested in windows and dcs...axis and ffb working perfectly fine... now i have a 15mm diameter aluminuim tube which i plan to use as an extension...it almost fits onto the sidewinder shaft...i dont know whether i should try to grind a little off the plastic shaft of the sidewinder to make it fit, or if i somehow would be able to slightly widen the aluminuim tube... anyway, the biggest problem im facing now is, that i cannot get the circuit board of the fighterstick through the shaft of the sidewinder...so i fear, i will need to cut the wire(s), and put them back together once the board has its place in the sidewinder base...
  21. ähm...hab jetzt noch nicht alles gelesen, aber kabel für ps2 tastaturen und ein pin rausbrechen klingt verdächtig nach warthog verlängerung...kann es sein das du was verwechselst?
  22. you might misunderstand that bug...you are not able to "operate" the aircraft during the blackout. its more that the inputs you made in the moment you blacked out are "stuck" and "pressed" until you wake up again. so if you start to extend your flaps the moment you black out, they will keep extending during the time you are unconscious. but you cannot avoid to keep extending them during that time...so "operating" is the wrong term, but still its annoying, but more important, completely unrealistic and definitely a bug.
