  7. Whoa, I just discovered, Viggen can even pull over 11G (very very shortly), while often I'm strangely also stuck at 4-5G for several seconds even though I have stick full aft... (then it jumps up to 8G.). Strange
  8. Even in their own manual they state that the service ceiling is far above 13k, Enigma.
  9. Indeed, ruler became quite a bit less useful with some patch last year. After such a long time a fix for this would be really welcome. Having that fixed again will save us mission designers quite some time when editing missions.
  10. Couldn't find any source yet about the 1350 kph being jet-engine limit or airframe limitation. If engine limitation, then the script should be removed obviously.

  13. Exactly. Come on HB, more and more servers are adding the feared "instantly explode if you accelerate above 1350 kph"-script... It's a terrifying development, and you know it best... It's rather shocking even, to be honest. And that's obviously DEFINITELY not gonna help you guys at Viggen module sales... Isn't that logical??
  14. As more and more of us need to view and hide markers more and more often (multiplayer servers), please allow setting a keybinding for "mark label on/off" F10 map feature.

  18. Negative, no SAM, killmessage in chat didn't say "shot by SAM" in that case, only "died" message. The condition I'm guessing is that when the airframe has endured many high G maneuvers and several times accelerating through Mach 1 and down again, before it occurs
  19. Oh my, you can even rip off your wing (ground contact in flight), and you can still see your wing attached. Please please fix the damagemodel to also miss the wing if it's ripped off of the flightmodel. Edit: WOW, this thread is over 2 years old and it's STILL not fixed! wicked!

  23. There's still no mention of the RWR fix in changelog, does this mean that a radar tracked target will still not receive a launch warning?? (open beta changelog from july 28: "launch warnings still in progress")
  24. No, rather to see how important it is for me to start flying every single PvP sortie in VR, to have a realistic combat experience, instead of like being in VR only 1 out of 100 sorties or so. (but on one specific server it could also increase my risk of getting kicked from the server while flying in VR, which must be one of the most nauseous experiences a DCS player can overcome. Hope I don't throw up on my keyboard in such case.)
  25. 1. Way too high risk of dishonest answer, so that's a big no, and 2. even then, you'd have to ask every single player in the PvP server. SkateZilla, you forgot one important point. You didn't reply what your guess (or knowledge) is on how many in PvP use TiR/VR, whether you agree with the rumored 90% or not... Without such reply you shouldn't claim whether there is any point in continuing the discussion or not. What, how even, if EVERY SINGLE PvP player can super easily change their nicknames 24/7??
