Actually there are great helos for FSX from Nemeth Design http://www.nemethdesigns.com/ I flew their wonderful Mi-24 for FS9. Btw soon the will release high fidelity Mi-24 for FSX. But they have many other cool helos... As to fixed wing, I recommend Lotus L-39 and in GA sector - Aerosoft Katana 4X

It is not, I already checked it with iPad4, unfortunately Rift optics will not work, you would need another optical system. Yes, there is no way you can currently hit 400$ price point with two screens, and I think Oculus want to stick with the price very much. Also they would need to have two video inputs, or have a special board which will drive two screens as one digital input, but then it is additional latency source. Перед тем как показать картинку на экране, ее нужно свести с широкого диапазона тех-же 16 или 32 бит на цветовую компоненту пикселя до 8 бит. Сводить можно по разному в том числе придавая "теплый" или "холодный" оттенок результирующей картинке

So Su-25 and A-10A as separate modules are exactly the same as included in Flamming Cliffs 3. They made solely on purpose for people who are not interested to buy FC3 as a whole, but interested in particular aircraft in it.

I hope that consumer version will be higher than 1080p :) Because with 1920 pixels for both eyes horisontally you get only 1.5 pixels more than 1280 in devkit. Instead of 2 pixels one will see 3. But oh well, let's see what Oculus team will come up with!

DCS Should be much better optimized, things like dramatic FPS drop when looking in the direction of the battlefield which happens beyond your visual range shouldnt happen never ever. Same for the lighting, when turning on one more light source FPS suddenly jumps from 40 to 15 - this shouldn't happen. That's why I think new graphics engine is the first priority. Besides hopefully it will also allow ED to give map development tools to 3rd parties.

Moving back doesn't increase your field of view - you just move back, FOV stays the same. To change FOV, press ctrl+c and use your mouse scroll wheel, or (better) set zoom-axis to one of the the axes of HOTAS.
