  1. Uhm what? Storing and recalling of an HRM map should be possible:
  2. Ja, feste IP-Adressen sind NICHT nötig.
  3. But it won't pass the IC, which makes it non-usable for me as I only fly MP. Also, if this was not an option on the real jet, then I don't want to keep it realistic and not have it as an option in DCS, although it sucks. But thanks anyways
  4. Makes sense, thanks!
  5. Activated by Weight On Wheels?
  6. Hmm, I just tested it. The needles actually DO stow when switching to LAND P/O mode. They do not stow when the SLAV-SI switch is set to TILL though. And what is the take-off mode?
  7. I don't think high oil temperature itself can even happen in the DCS Viggen, so you would never see this warning anyways in DCS, except during the light test, where it should be visible of course.
  8. While I appreciate the FAQ and the included information, I gotta say it reads a bit like it was made by an AI (like the answer to the question on Kiruna or the Jokkmokk road base):
  9. I just encountered this issue as well. My WSO was trying to lock a bandit in TWS mode when the issue appeared. It looked a bit like the radar lost the contact an instant after my WSO locked it and resulted in the issue shown by @Onslott Unfortunately this happened on a big MP server, so no track file
  10. Uhm, you added that note to the section of the terrain avoidance mode. That's not where it belongs, because in TA mode, the B-Scope should show the area 1 - 10 km ahead of the aircraft if I understand correctly. Your note should be added to the B-scope explanation when used in normal radar search mode (not TA mode).
  11. You can adjust the trim rate in the Special Options of the A-4.
  12. You need to look into the DCS install directory, where the actual game is located. I suspect you are looking into the DCS Saved Games user directory instead.
  13. From todays OB update:
  14. The number flashing on the UFC upon entering it on PB17 is a bug. Just press CLR on the UFC to clear it. Apart from that it works just fine: @KlarSnow @Notso Any of you guys able to confirm this (pressing PB17 repeatedly cycles steerpoints till last one, but does not cycle back to SP1)?
  15. Please don't. I don't want fantasy maps.
  16. You have answered your own question: Pressing PB17 on the TPOD page cycles through the steerpoints, but it's one way only. To get back to a previous steerpoint you need to manually enter the steerpoint on PB17.
  17. This was also debated on the forum here over the past week. See this comment from Klarsnow (a former F-15 WSO) on the matter:
  18. @Bosun Can you share a track file of this issue, so we can take a look at what's exactly happening there?
  19. As @GrEaSeLiTeNiN said: Make sure you have neough altitude to give the bomb more time to guide. Also, if the target is moving fast you need to designate a point in space in front of the vehicles direction of movement as the bomb won't be able to catch up if you designate on the moving vehicle itself.
  20. Ah, da lag das Missverständnis. Ja, man kann nicht auswählen welche Parkpoisiton genutzt werden soll. Diese wird in der Tat automatisch (und dynamisch!) zugeweiesen.
  21. Not true. It's actually quite an issue on Caucasus, as the map is split pretty much in the middle between 37T in the West and 38T in the East, which has often caused people to use the wrong grid zone designator when working with JTACs there.
  22. If you select B as active SP, you need to enter the number and assigned route identifier for a different SP (e.g. 1A). If that doesn't work, then maybe you don't have any other SP in your mission? If you can share a short track file of the issue, we can take a look at the issue in detail.
  23. Make sure to stay below 25,000ft as the laser doesn't work above that altitude. See the manual:
