Hmm, I play as CPG on big MP servers all the time and always set up WPs for my pilot. Haven't noticed any issues with that in the past few months (there were issues in earlier stages of the Apaches's early access). On my next few flights I will let my pilot set up WPs and see if I can see anything fishy then.

There is no zoom control (as the Viggen didn't have a Maverick with different seeker FOVs IRL), so Heatblur modelled the RB-75B as always being in Narrow FOV. So in plain English: The RB-75 is always zoomed in. And on a side note: There is no IR sight, as these older Mavericks are have simple electro-optical TV seekers, not IR seekers.

The RB-75B didn't even exist IRL. IRL there was only the RB-75A (AGM-65A) and RB-75T (AGM-65A with Swedish made larger warhead). Heatblur included a fictional RB-75B, which is supposed to be a AGM-65B, which offered a narrow zoom view (which the AGM-65A didn't have), in order to make spotting easier for DCS players.

I would love ASW (and submarine warfare itself) in DCS, but need need to be properly done, not just half baked. Untill then I will have to stick with Dangerous Waters

I gotta agree with @Munkwolf here. Ctrl+C is the default binding for opening the canopy and it is intended behaviour that you can still fully control your aircraft while reading the briefing, which of course includes being able to open the canopy. If you don't like that just bind that to a different key (or connect to SRS before you go airborne or use SRS autoconnect).

TILS (ich vermute mal das war gemeint) ist aber (anders als ILS) nicht für null Sicht ausgelegt, da es einen (anders als ILS) nicht auf die Runway führt, sondern daneben. Daher ist hier im Endanflug eine gewisse Sichtweite vonnöten.

Auch ich höre (Präsens) da sehr selten (gar nicht?) von Problemen. Vergiss das FCR, denn das hat NICHTS damit zu tun! Beim FCR handelt es sich um dein Radar, aber davon war hier aber gar nicht die Rede, sondern von DL-Kontakten (DL=Datenlink), also Kontakten die du von einer Quelle außerhalb deines Flugzeugs bekommst (z.B. von AWACS). Diese Kontakte kannst du auf deinem >HSD< mit TMS UP auswählen und dann werden sie dir im Helmvisier angezeigt (immer nur einer gleichzeitig). Das hat NICHTS mit dem Radar zu tun!! Dementsprechend kannst du darauf auch keine Waffen abfeuern.
