Servers have the option of not putting them in the inventory. So yes on servers where they don't want nukes there won't be any available

You can get a cheap joystick for like 30 bucks. I understand it's frustrating to not have keyboard controls suitable, but thats just the nature of advancement. I'm sure 99.99% of people flying here use at least a simple joystick or gamepad, something with sticks. AFM pushes the realism further for use and closer to how real life is. And such a joystick is necessary for full control. I'm not trying to force you to change your ways, but i will give a nudge and say a joystick will give you much more immersion

In the 104th I have killed 2 F15s, and 1 A10C. In the S77th, I have killed an Su-25t, and an Su-27. I don't fly the Mig a ton in the A/A in multiplayer. But I have been shot down plenty of times for those few kills.

I had problems opening up DCS after using certain mods from my squadron. If i turn them on in JSGME, and turn them off in the wrong order, my game refuses to start. Only solution I had was to do a fresh install

Took me 2 or 3 days to get accustomed to it. At first it made me somewhat nauseous and gave me headaches. Now I can never go back. Sometimes when watching a youtube video I try to turn my head to look :) -

Its not a game breaking bug, I just get a new A/C every time. However, I am glad its acknowledged and will be fixed in the future.

I was thinking the same thing. However, fuel seems like it might make more sense. Just my own idea, but If the stores were "doubled" I think it would have a much more detrimental impact on flight characteristics. Doubling fuel over and over is still a substantial amount of weight, but It does make sense to me. I just hope whatever they do the problem is fixed. I have confidence

Thanks for the comment. That sounds good. Those Kh-66 aren't light in weight, and probably not to friendly with drag either. Hopeful I can cruise at 40,000 feet with 4 a/a missiles. Gotta test it now :pilotfly:

I noticed this as well. That by just after takeoff I am down to half center tank. I believe most of the burn is from AB usage on takeoff. I try to limit AB it as much as possible but on short runways there's no choice. Jato would help a lot as well but I want to have my chaff/flare

Also I would like to know if they fixed the high altitude performance problems. Also the fact that rearming the plane causes something that changes the flight dynamics

Sorry but I honestly don't know much about the INR. Only thing i found was a post Edit: My basic understanding is that point/area mode utilizes the ability for the TGP to use contrast, and 'see' the ground, and it actively stabilises based upon however it uses its picture to do so. INR from my understanding just uses gyros to stabilize. The TGP goes into INR mode when it becomes masked. Since it can't "see" its trying to stabilize itself based on the gyros, which is much less precise than it using the contrast of the picture

For me, I will always have the TGP hanging off to my right side. In order to prevent masking, you really need to be at a higher altitude (for me) >15,000FT, and need to be in a fairly wide orbit around the target. You need to be careful not to dip the wing downward too much on the right side (can't make a high bank angle to the right side). I always orbit in like a typical Nascar racetrack, with 2 straight aways, and then two turns on each end (except I'm turning right not left.) It can be tricky, but its something that I have gotten better with overtime. You will eventually just "learn" how you have to limit your banking, and how wide you have to be in order to not have the TGP get masked. When I go for a bomb drop, I will wait until im in one of my "straightaways" and then slightly turn more into the target, drop, then I will usually go left immediately afterward by 30 degrees, then wait for spacing, and then go back into a right turn as steep as I can without dipping the wing into the line of sight. Then I will either go back into an orbit, or set myself up for another drop. The key is be shallow on your turns, and always try to keep the target between your 1 and 5 o clock position Edit: For practice. Find an airfield, which is stationary, and try to always keep it within line of sight on your target pod. Start with this first, Experiement how wide, and how steep your turns need to be to prevent masking. Then set up a long convoy to follow an easy to find road network. Then just practice keeping a unit in sight, as you go about the racetrack. For stationary targets, a circular orbit works okay, but for me, I always enter a racetrack when tracking moving convoys. I find it much easier, than a circular orbit, in which you will always be having to change your center of the circle. But be aware, if a convoy is tracking down a road that has steep turns, your going to have to anticipate that, and "bend" your straigtaways to match the road. This can be harder to do. I always try to zoom out the tgp as much as possible, while keeping a lock on the vehicles, so I can see a turn coming up as early as possible. Its also really helpful to practice, getting your head out of the tgp, and looking visually at the convoy to see what the road ahead looks like. Sorry for long post, hope it helps a little

I have just used the H key on the keyboard (default) to engage the altitude switch. You have to have the Attitude switch on in order to engage the Altitude hold switch. Happy cruising

F15 really isn't that hard to fly without CAS. I have managed to hit a tanker and refuel with the systems off.

The only issue i have had with my TrackIR 5 and DCS, is when DCS crashes. When that happens, I will need to restart the TrackIR software, otherwise for some reason it won't work with DCS, when I restart it.

Dont forget about the ~~6 degree offset between magnetic and true north for this region.
