To Pimax: (Already submitted as a ticket to them) I love the potential of this headset, however, there's a very serious lack of guidance between the installation of the VR hardware/equipment, and actually getting a VR game (Standalone DCS) to function on the headset. Customers aren't going to be satisfied until they are playing their games on the headset. They way I see it, you're support and guidance isn't complete until they are playing their games. Without that support, they are going to conclude Pimax abandoned them with a headset they don't know how to use. Your company desperately needs to explain how to start games up using your headset, Steam based, Non-Steam based, etc. I bought this for the Stand alone DCS World. I've had the headset for two days, and I have no clue how to make it play my game... This is an extremely frustrating experience. This shouldn't be happening to any of your customers.
