The AI use a completely different and much more simple flight model than player controlled aircraft (It keeps your computers CPU load down) it is inevitable that some differences are expected under some conditions.

Thanks for the info on the voltages Sokol1. I have been tiring to connect it back to the port on the joystick base but windows will no longer detect the pedals. both ports work with the throttle so it cannot be the port, there is voltage across the wires and it changes when I move the POT but windows never detects them any-more. I think I will give up and order myself a this BU0836A Board and wire the POT into that to see if it is still working.

I still cannot get my peddles to work!. is it weird that im only measuring 3.3V across the Live and GND in stead of 5V? what could I be doing wrong. My electronic knowledge seems to be lacking on this one. I have found this other diagram which says male, so I guess it is a view from the front and I have wired the GND and Live the right way around any help would be much appreciated.

If you could that would be amazing. It was working find after I fixed it last weekend and then I packed it away and one of the wires broke off and now I can't get it working again (despite staying up until 2am tiring to fix it!) It just will not show up in game controllers when I plug it into the main stick. I hope it is not "fried".

Has anyone got a decent diagram or picture of the peddle pin out still (the links on here are dead) I had my peddles working last weekend now they refuse to register at all Bloody crap Logitech Wiring breaks every 5 mins!

How to fly, fight and have a good time in DCS F-86
jib replied to Maico249th's topic in DCS: F-86F Sabre
A realistic sized stick extension really does make things a lot easier. Here's mine: The trouble with curves is you are just trading better "sensitivity" in one area of the stick movment for worse in another, if that makes sense. -
So are click-able cockpits working with mouse cursor with the Oculus Rift DK2? If they are not is it going to be possible to fix this issue?
-
Ok thanks for clarifying Kuky Hopefully when the consumer version comes out it will be much higher res. In the mean time I hope everyone enjoys the really immersive experience of flying in their DK1 & DK2's! (I have only flown DK1 in War Thurnder, and when I got shot-up I looked over at MY WING and was really pissed off/Scared that there was a huge hole it! so much fun to be had with VR.

Why are lots of other people saying they cannot read the instruments at all with the DK2 when you seem to say you read most of them ok? Are you using an extreme amount of zoom or leaning? Have you tried the big hud font mod? http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=95797&highlight=hud+big+font Will it allow you to read the HUD? Even though I am a software developer I think I am going to wait for the consumer version before buying one and doing any real gaming. A lot of people say one of the most amazed things about the Oculus Rift is that they can lean over at look out of the side or front of the aircraft, I can do that well enough with my TrackIR 5 while sat 2 feet from a 36 inch Screen.

If anyone one wants more highly detailed Russian rocket pod models check out these ones http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/340339/ originally by Beczl. You still might need to apply Cobras texture file deletion fix.

Is Edge engine going to use DX 11 Tessellation features to improve graphics and performance? http://www.geforce.co.uk/hardware/technology/dx11/technology

You used to be able to do this back in the days of Lock:On, it is a shame but ED must have taken it out for a good technical reason.

Public inquiry. What is your PC video card?
jib replied to Chizh's topic in DCS World 1.x (read only)
Yes it supports DirectX 11 GeForce 560 Ti 1GB -
It is annoying that you have to Pre-order to get the beta (you didn't for Titan-fall) I don't generally pre order games for £50 when you can get them a few months later for £28. But I would love to play the Destiny beta tomorrow on Xbox One Each pre order of the game gets you 3 activations for the beta for that system, So If anyone who frequents this forum has got one spare that they would like to PM me, I will promise to help you level up online. Thanks would be great. If you haven't seen Destiny check it out http://www.bungie.net/ it is the most expensive game ever made, costing $500 million dollars to produce and market.

Try downgrading your drivers back to 314.22 That fixed the freezing I and other Nvidia user were getting with 1.2.8. see this post http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=2063691&postcount=16

Also remember that you need to hold it down (not just click it) while the radio tunes and the light goes out (or on?, cant remember)

I thought the A10-A didn't have gun PAC in real life and that is one on the things that the C model added?
-
Yes that is what he means. Having the zoom on z axis is a bit weird I tent to have zoom mapped to buttons on my hotas with modifiers.

there is a tickbox option in the tracckir software, I think it is call trueview. i believe it fixes this issue.

How do you approach a mission with unmarked targets?
jib replied to guitarxe's topic in DCS World 1.x (read only)
5Km is quite high to spot targets with your eyeball you were in the Su25-T so would have been able to use the Shkval to scan the area and spot the target, then it would be best to engage the IR thread with vikhr missiles. If you where in the su25 that doesn't have Shkval I usally fly at 3km to spot target while still avoiding basic IR missiles.
